A Comparative Study On The Academic Thought And Medication Rule Of The Medical Books "Surgical Lili" And "Surgical Dacheng"

Objective: In this study,the author took the Ming Dynasty’s "Surgical LIli" and the Qing Dynasty’s "Surgical Dacheng" as the research object,and made a comparative study on their academic thoughts and medication laws from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical treatment,prescription medication rules,etc.In order to provide reference for the clinical application of the drug compatibility rules system of "Surgical Dacheng" and "Surgical LIli" to discriminate and treat diseases,and also play a reference role for the discovery,sorting and research of the relevant literature of traditional Chinese surgery.Methods: This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,theoretical discussion and comparative analysis.Surgical LIli written by Wang Ji and Surgical Dacheng written by Qi Kun are the basis of the literature.The theoretical research and clinical experience of the two are discussed respectively,and the correlation and difference of the academic ideas and treatment ideas of surgery in the Ming and Qing dynasties are discussed.At the same time,medication rules in the two medical books were analyzed with the help of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(2.5)to intuitively reflect the clinical characteristics of the two books.Result: 1.In terms of academic thought,Surgical LIli and Surgical Dacheng belong to different medical schools,both of which inherit the valuable experience of former acting doctors and gradually develop their unique academic thoughts in clinical practice.In the book "Surgical LIli",Wang Ji recorded the concept of surgical differentiation and treatment of Song Yuanming doctors.Based on the views of famous doctor Xue Ji,he advocated replenishing the vitality,reinforcing the root,and not randomly using the prescription of cold and cold to attack the benefits.And careful use of knives and needles,emphasize the disease at the beginning of the treatment with the method of digestion,carefully with the support method.The clinical prescription of medicine is often flexible according to the syndrome,which continues the consistent characteristics of Gubenpeiyuan school of Wang’s Xin ’an medicine;Qi Kun referred to "Suwen" and "Lingshu" and on the basis of "Authentic Surgery",summed up the classics of the ancient doctors.In medical books,the differentiation and treatment of different surgical diseases were recorded in detail.Qi’s emphasis was placed on pulse diagnosis and the "ulcer" was discussed in detail.Diagnosis and treatment of ulcer combined with octagonal differentiation;Pay attention to meridian differentiation;Advocating abscess incision drainage and acupuncture treatment,is the representative of the Qing Dynasty authentic school.2.In terms of medication rules,both "Surgical LIli" and "Surgical Dacheng" used warm and cold drugs,followed by normal drugs.In all cases,sweet,bitter and occitral drugs are used more often than sour,salty and astringent ones.The drugs that return to the spleen,lung,liver,stomach and heart meridian are used more frequently,and the drugs that return to the kidney and large intestine meridian are used less.A total of 265 drugs were involved in Surgical LIli,and 344 drugs were involved in Surgical LIli,among which a total of 201 drugs were the same,among which 51 drugs were used more than 10 times.Both "Surgical LIli" and "Surgical Dacheng" frequently used ginseng-licorice,licorice-angelica,licorice-poria,ginseng-poria and other drug patterns.Conclusion: 1.Through comparative study,it can be seen that in terms of academic thought,both Surgical LIli and Surgical Dacheng advocate equal emphasis on internal and external treatment,but Surgical LIli focus on the careful use of external treatment when treating internally,while Surgical Dacheng extensively uses external treatment when treating internally.2.Through comparative study,it can be seen that in terms of medication law,there is little difference between the four Qi,five flavor and sexual flavor of prescriptions used in the differentiation and treatment of surgical diseases in the two books,but each has its own characteristics in the use of specific drugs.The frequency of tonifying deficiency drugs used in Surgical Management is generally higher than that in Surgical Dacheng,which reflects Wang’s theory of tonifying qi.It is believed that most diseases originate from the spleen and stomach,and the spleen and stomach should be helped by drugs of warming and gentleness."Surgical Dacheng" the use of heat-clearing medicine frequency is generally higher than "Surgical LIli",reflects the Qi Qi according to the eight principles of syndrome differentiation,Yin and Yang joint health,in addition to the internal treatment of Pingbu and Bu support,symptoms have "five real" performance on the use of cold and cold attacking prescriptions for treatment.
