Effect Of Shugan Jieyu Capsule Combined With Guipi Decoction On Insomnia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Guipi Decoction in the treatment of insomnia,and to explore the improvement of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,daytime function,anxiety state,depression state.Methods:A total of 60 patients with insomnia patients admitted to the outpatient Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanxi People’s Hospital during the period from2021.12 to 2022.12 were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Guipi Decoction,and the control group was given Guipi Decoction alone,treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after medication were asked and recorded,the patients’ sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,daytime function,namely PSQI,anxiety state,namely HAMA,depression state,namely HAMD,and whether there were adverse reactions during medication.Finally,statistical software was used to compare the therapeutic effects.Results:Efficacy indicators:Statistically,PSQI score and its component sleep quality sleep time sleep efficiency sleep disorder daytime function of the treatment group and the control group were decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMA score and HAMD score were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant in PSQI score and its component sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime function,HAMA score HAMD score and other aspects(P<0.05).Efficacy evaluation: There were differences in the severity of insomnia between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.34%、91.31%、92.32%,and the total effective rate of the control group was76.67%、80.00%、70.84%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Guipi Decoction has obvious effect on insomnia.PSQI score,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiencyand daytime function,HAMA score,HAMD score significantly improved,better than the control group.
