Study On Risk Management Of Magnetic Resonance Equipment Tendering And Purchasing In Z Hospital

With the country’s comprehensive efforts to build a healthy China,medical and health services have flourished.A medical and health service system covering both urban and rural areas has gradually taken shape,and service quality and efficiency have continued to improve.Among them,more and more medical institutions attach importance to medical equipment as the basic guarantee for medical institutions to carry out health services,and the focus of improving the medical,research and teaching level of medical institutions at all levels.However,due to the rapid development of medical technology,there are more and more large-scale and complicated medical equipment projects such as magnetic resonance equipment.Besides,due to its complex technical parameters,high difficulty in site design and installation,and high value,it is often faced with numerous uncertain factors in the procurement process.How to do a good job in the risk control in the procurement process of medical equipment? It has become an urgent problem for many public hospitals.This paper conducted a study on the risk management of magnetic resonance equipment tendering and procurement in Hospital Z: First,by analyzing the current situation of risk management of magnetic resonance equipment bidding and procurement in Hospital Z,the process of magnetic resonance bidding and procurement is decomposed into work units by WBS work decomposition method,and the risk factors of magnetic resonance equipment bidding and procurement are summarized by inviting the personnel involved in magnetic resonance equipment procurement in Hospital Z to conduct risk analysis and identification in each link of procurement by brainstorming method.Then,the evaluation weight of each risk factor was obtained through the expert survey method and the hierarchical analysis module of yaahp software was used to calculate the evaluation weight of each risk factor.The ABC analysis method was used to conduct classification management according to the different weight of risk factors,and the project risk assessment was carried out accordingly.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,the characteristics of each risk factor are analyzed,and different risk response measures are selected according to the weight of risk factors,so as to propose effective risk prevention and response measures.These measures are applied to the risk management of the tendering and procurement of magnetic resonance equipment in Hospital Z,reducing the probability of risks in the tendering and procurement of magnetic resonance equipment in Hospital Z,and providing a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project.
