Objective:1.To investigate the effect of quantitative EEG parameters on the prognosis of neurological function in patients with acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke undergoing endovascular therapy.2.To study the correlation between quantitative EEG parameters and neurological impairment.Methods:Forty-three patients with acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke after endovascular therapy were selected.According to the NIHSS score, they were divided into good neurological function improvement group(NIHSS score on the 14 th day after surgery improved by more than 50% compared with the baseline NIHSS score)and poor neurological function improvement group(NIHSS score on the 14 th day after surgery improved by less than 50% compared with the baseline NIHSS score).DAR,DTABR and NIHSS scores of EEG in the 2 groups were collected on day 1,day 3 and day 7 after surgery.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed for each index, and the correlation between DAR,DTABR and NIHSS scores was analyzed.Results:1.Results of single factor analysis: Compared with the poorly improved neurological function group, the postoperative 1d DAR(1.63v2.22,P=0.044),the postoperative 3d DAR(1.22v2.17,P=0.004),the postoperative 3d DTABR(1.60v2.47,P=0.014),7d postoperative DAR(1.08v2.50,P=0.005),7d postoperative DTABR(1.50v2.55,P=0.010)had statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in DTABR(2.03v2.49,P=0.093)on day 1 after surgery.2.Logistic regression analysis showed that the 3d DAR(OR: 11.572,P=0.029)was an independent predictor of poor neurological improvement. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of the 3d DAR prediction of neurological improvement was drawn, and the area under the curve was 0.767,the sensitivity was 64.3%,and the specificity was 80.0%.3.Both DAR and DTABR were positively correlated with NIHSS scores.Conclusion:1.DAR on postoperative day 3 is an independent predictor of neurological improvement in patients with acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke undergoing endovascular treatment.2.The quantitative EEG parameters DAR and DTABR are positively correlated with the degree of neurological deficit in patients with acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke undergoing endovascular treatment.
