Objective:To analyze the risk factors of venous thromboembolism in patients with endometrial carcinoma, and construct and evaluate the nomograph model of risk prediction to provide reference for early prevention, early diagnosis, and individualized assessment and treatment. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the medical records of patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from July 1,2017 to August 31,2022 was conducted.Patients with venous thromboembolism(VTE)were included in the VTE group, while patients without venous thromboembolism during the same period were included in the control group. The body mass index(BMI),surgical methods, pathological types, clinical stages, operation time, the level of platelet and leukocyte,D-dimer status, whether to undergo chemotherapy, and history of chronic disease were used to study the risk factors of venous thrombosis in patients with endometrial carcinoma. To assess the potential for venous thrombosis in patients with endometrial cancer.R software were employed to construct a Nomogram models and calibration curve was utilized to assess the calibration level of the model. Results:Among 479 patients with endometrial carcinoma,60 cases were complicated with venous thrombosis of lower limbs,of which 6 cases were complicated with pulmonary embolism. There were statistically significant differences in surgical method, operation time, chemotherapy, preoperative platelet and postoperative leukocyte level, pathological type, pathological stage and D-dimer(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in BMI,preoperative leukocyte and postoperative platelet level(P>0.05).Binary Logistic analysis suggested that age,D-dimer positive and operation time were independent risk factors for endometrial carcinoma complicated with VTE.According to the calibration curve, the model of nomogram shows better prediction ability.Conclusion:1.Age,D-dimer level and operation time were independent risk factors for venous thrombosis in endometrial carcinoma.2.In this study, the prediction model of endometrial carcinoma complicated with venous thrombosis has a high calibration degree.
