Objective:To compare the postoperative clinical efficacy of single-and double-beam reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)fracture under arthroscope.Methods:Forty-one patients with ACL injury who met the selection criteria from October 2020 to January 2022 were included for retrospective analysis. They were divided into single-bundle reconstruction group and double-bundle reconstruction group according to different surgical methods.Among the 23 patients in the single-bundle reconstruction group,17 were male and 6 were female. There were 14 males and 4 females in the double-bundle reconstruction group. There was no significant difference in gender, side, age, injury cause and other general data between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability. There was no significant difference in preoperative Lysholm,International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score and KT-2000 value between the two groups(P > 0.05),and Lachman test and drawer test were positive, showing comparability.Patients were followed up at 3,6,and 12 months after surgery, and relevant scores and evaluation indicators were recorded and compared. Results:All the 41 patients were followed up,and all the patients’ incisions healed in stage I after surgery, without postoperative complications such as operative area infection, graft rupture, and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. The Lysholm score,IKDC score,KT-2000 value,Lachman test and drawer test were statistically analyzed through preoperative and postoperative follow-up times. Results showed that the postoperative scores and stability evaluation of the two groups were significantly improved compared with the preoperative results, and the results of each follow-up were improved compared with the previous one,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups at the same time(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Both single and double tract ACL reconstruction under arthroscope can achieve good clinical efficacy.Follow-up studies have shown that there is no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two surgical methods.
