Objective:This Meta analysis was used to systematically evaluate the The role of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell exosomes promoting skin wound healing. Methods:The Chinese and English databases of Pub Med,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang and Vip were retrieved from. The key words were “Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell Exosomes”,“Skin”,“Wound”,“Injury”,“Mouse”,etc. The articles on the application of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell exosomes in wounds were searched.According to the inclusion and exclusion criter to screene the literature.Outcome measures included wound in 7,12,14 d and the quantity of neovascularization and percentage of col agen fiber deposition. The meta analysis was performed on the included literatures by using Rev Man 5.3.Results:Ten randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were finally included, with a total samplesize of 214 cases. The results of meta analysis of outcomes showed that the woundhealing rates on 7,12,14 d in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(SMD=4.77,95%CI:2.01~7.53,P<0.001;SMD=3.64,95%CI:0.80~6.49,P=0.010;SMD=2.83,95%CI:1.16~4.50,P<0.001).The quantity of neovascularization(SMD=6.03,95%CI:4.36~7.69,P<0.001),percentage of collagen fiber deposition(SMD=19.88,95%CI:18.35~21.40,P<0.001)at the wound site in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusions:The meta analysis was performed on the included literatures by using Rev Man 5.3:The adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell exosomes can accelerate the wound healing and promote the generation of new blood vessels, improve the percentage of collagen fiber deposition at the wound site during the process of wound repair.
