| Objective:To study the effect of dialectical behavior therapy on adolescent depression patients with non-suicidal self-injury behavior,and to explore the mechanism of its influence on the non-suicidal self-injury behavior function of adolescent depression patients,so as to provide reference for the personalized and accurate intervention of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury behavior in psychiatry clinic.Methods:Select 80 adolescent depression patients with non suicidal self injury behavior and divide them into a control group and a study group using a random number table method.Both groups of patients were treated with oral sertraline,while the study group received intervention with dialectical behavior therapy on the basis of the control group.Two groups were evaluated with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Perceived Social Support Scale,and Adolescent Non Suicidal Self Injury Function Assessment Questionnaire before treatment and after 2,4,8,and 16 weeks of treatment Results:1.A total of 80 subjects were included in the study,of whom 75 were completed due to loss of 5 cases.38 cases in the study group and 37 cases in the control group were included in the analysis.There were no significant differences in age,gender,and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of HAMD scores between the two groups before and after treatment:The HAMD scores of the two groups before and after treatment were similar(P>0.05).After4,8,and 16 weeks of treatment,there was a significant decrease,which was significantly lower in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of HAMA scores between the two groups before and after treatment:The HAMA scores of the two groups before and after treatment were similar(P>0.05).After4,8,and 16 weeks of treatment,there was a significant decrease,which was significantly lower in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of individual internal functional scores of patients with non suicidal self injury before and after treatment between the two groups: The scores of self negative reinforcement and emotional expression were similar before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).At the 8th and 16 th weeks of treatment,the control group had a significant decrease,while at the 4th,8th and 16 th weeks of treatment,the study group had a significant decrease,which was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of interpersonal and social function scores of patients with non suicidal self injury between the two groups before and after treatment: The scores of self interest,social interaction,and support within and outside the family were similar between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The egoistic social score in the control group decreased significantly at 8 and 16 weeks of treatment,while it decreased significantly in the study group at 4,8,and 16 weeks of treatment.Compared with the control group,the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05);The score of internal and external support in the family was significantly improved in the control group at 8 and 16 weeks of treatment,and significantly improved in the study group at 4,8,and 16 weeks of treatment.Compared with the control group,the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Dialectical behavior therapy has a significant effect on treating adolescent depression patients with non suicidal self injury behavior,significantly improving the degree of depression and anxiety in patients.2.Dialectical behavior therapy can alleviate the non suicidal self injury behavior of adolescent depression patients by precisely intervening in the internal and interpersonal social functions of NSSI. |
