Purpose:To investigate the effect of static sedimentation, centrifugation and washing-filtration on oil removal and long-term survival rate in fat transplantation. Methods:From September 2000 to September 2022,30 patients who needed total body fat transplantation were 2021 with combined intravenous anesthesia and local swelling, the medial thigh fat was extracted at low negative pressure with a 20 ml empty syringe. After the fat extraction, the fat tissues of all the beauty seekers were collected and treated with A-standing method,b-centrifugal method and c-washing and filtering method respectively, after the treatment, the free oil content in the fat graft was detected by filter paper grid counting detection and enhanced centrifugation detection, and the free oil content in the fat graft was detected by three different methods,to evaluate the removal degree of free oil by different fat treatment methods. At the same time, the beauty seekers were randomly divided into three groups(I static method,II centrifugal method,III washing and filtering method),with 10 cases in each group, ultrasonography was performed 1 week and 6 months after operation, and 30 patients were followed up from fat survival rate, the long-term survival rate of free fat transplantation treated by three different methods was evaluated in terms of satisfaction and complications. Results of the study:1.The purified fat was treated by three methods: static precipitation method, centrifugation method and washing and filtering method, the number of squares is used to count the number of squares occupied by the fatty oils treated by different methods. The results were as follows: 184.00 ± 13.02 by static method,123.50 ± 7.75 by centrifugal method and56.33.5.87 by washing and filtering method. The difference was statistically significant(p ≪0.05).2.In the test of strong centrifugal force, the fat mixture was treated by static precipitation, centrifugal force and washing and filtering force centrifugal force after the oil layer and liquid layer were removed, the volume of fat in the fat tissue was calculated after strong centrifugation. The results were as follows: static precipitation method 1.75 ± 0.16 ml,centrifugal method 1.19 ± 0.08 ml,washing and filtering method 0.56 ± 0.06 ml.There were significant differences among the groups(P & LT;0.05).3.The survival rate of transplanted fat was 35.28 ± 1.89% in group I,39.38 ± 4.79% in Group II and 45.01 ± 5.21% in Group III,respectively. The fat survival rate was the highest in Group III,the second in Group II,and the lowest in Group I.Analysis of variance was used to compare the survival rate of fat transplantation among the three groups treated by different methods. There was significant difference among the three groups(P & LT;0.05).Four.According to the questionnaire of satisfaction of beauty seekers, the effective rate of Group I(static precipitation method)was 60%,the effective rate of Group II(centrifugal method)was 60%,the effective rate of Group I(static precipitation method)was 60%,the effective rate of Group II(centrifugal method)was 60%,the effective rate of Group II(centrifugal method)was 60%,the effective rate of Group I(static precipitation method)was 60%,the effective rate of Group II(centrifugal method)was 60%,the effective rate of Group II(centrifugal The effective rate was 70% in Group III and 80% in Group III.It was found that the satisfaction degree of Group III was the highest,Group II was the second, and Group I was the lowest. The postoperative complications were the highest in group I(static precipitation),the second in Group II(centrifugation),and the lowest in Group III(washing and filtering).Research conclusions:Compared with static precipitation and centrifugation,washing-filtration method has more advantages in removing free fat, reducing postoperative complications and improving long-term fat survival rate in autologous fat transplantation.
