Tibetan medicine"(?)/Bashaga"is a Tibetan commonly used medicines for the treatment of diseases of the liver system.Adhatoda vasica Nees.is the original medicinal material of "Bashaga".Subtropical forests are only distributed in the southeastern Sichuan area of Tibet, and the reserves are small. At present,Veronica ciliata Fisch.and Veronica eriogyne H.Winki.in scrophulariaceae and Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.in papaveraceae are mainly grown in most areas of Tibet.Using them as a substitute for Bashaga.Through visiting Tibetan medicine enterprises and Tibetan hospitals in Qinghai,Tibet,Gansu,Sichuan and other places,it was found that Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.was mostly used in the original medicinal materials of"Bashaga",and Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.was also the most in the market products of"Bashaga"collected by the laboratory.Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.Tibetan called (?)/Yudongsaiguo,it has the effect of clearing blood fever, liver fever, chiba fever and stopping stinging pain.It is commonly used in Tibetan medicine to treat blood fever, liver fever, chiba disease as well as trauma and sore boils. And Bashaga has the similar effect.Based on the traditional effect of Tibetan medicine"Bashaga"on soothing the liver and improving the gallbladder, the anti-liver damage effects of its basic plants Adhatoda vasica and Veronica ciliata have also been reported. However, the anti-liver damage effect of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.has not been reported. To this end, this paper intends to conduct the following studies:1)To study the anti-liver damage effect and active parts of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.,and to study the chemical constituents of the active parts,in order to provide scientific basis for the rationality of its use as the original medicinal material of"Bashaga";2)Complete the existing quality standard of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.The specific content and results of the experiment are as follows:1.Screening of anti-liver damage activities and active sites of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)was used to induce acute liver injury in mice, and the anti-liver injury effects of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.extract,alkaloid and non-alkaloid parts were studied. The results showed that all the three compounds had a certain alleviating effect on the liver injury of model mice, and the extracts had the best anti-liver injury activity, followed by alkaloid parts. It was speculated that in addition to alkaloid, other components such as flavonoids may also be its active components, but alkaloid is the main active part of its anti-liver injury. The possible mechanism is to play a role by regulating the immune function of mice, reducing the release of inflammatory factors, enhancing the antioxidant capacity of liver, and reducing the production of lipid peroxides.2.Study on the chemical constituents of the active parts of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.The chemical constituents of alkaloids in the above effective parts were studied,and10 compounds were isolated and identified. Were oxyhydrastinine,(+)chelidonine,β-(+)-hydrastine,kaempherol,quercetin,bicuculline,cheilanthifoline,corydaine,tetrahydrocoptisine,protopine.3.Study and formulation of quality standards for Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.The current standard of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.was improved, and powder identification and thin layer identification were added under[identification],limit of bicuculline and protopine under[content determination],as well as the item[extract]were added.Revised the moisture and ash content under[Inspection];The draft quality standard of Tibetan medicine Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.was drawn up.In conclusion, through the development of this paper, firstly, the anti-liver damage activity and mechanism of action of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.were clarified, and the rationality of its use as a substitute for Tibetan medicine Bashaga was preliminarily revealed.Secondly, the active components of anti-liver damage of Corydalis impatiens(Pall.)Fisch.were used as indexes to improve the existing medicinal standards,so as to provide more effective quality control reference for the safety of its clinical use.
