Chemical Constituents Of Ethyl Acetate Fraction From Sibiraea Angustata

Sibiraea angustata(Rehd.)Hand.-Mazz.is a perennial meadowsweet shrub in the family Rosaceae,mostly found in hillside shrubs or valleys at altitudes of 3000m-4000 m.The production area is Qinghai,Tibet and other places.When the narrowleaved flowers bloom,their inflorescences and leaves can be used as veterinary medicine after drying to treat symptoms such as food accumulation and abdominal pain in livestock.81 compounds such as caffeic acid,mydic acid,and sibiscolacton have been reported by our research group,and it was found that the most abundant and most active compounds in narrow-leaved flowers were monoterpenes.In this study,42 compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl a cetate fraction of Sibiraea angustata by using atmospheric pressure,medium pr essure and high performance liquid chromatography.The structure of the comp ound was determined by modern infrared spectroscopy,mass spectrometry,nucl ear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and color reaction.They are 19-hexatetrac ontanol(1),9(Z)-octadecenamide(2),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(3),β-hydroxypropiovanillone(4),methyl vanillate(5),kaempferol(6),5,7,3′,5′-tetrahydroxyflavonoids(7),syringin(8),syringaresinol(9),medioresinol (10),(7αH,8’βH)-3,3’,8β,9-tetrahydroxy-4,4’-dimethoxy-7,9’-epoxylignan(11),ch inshanol A(12),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(13),betulalbuside A(14),1-Oferuloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),6-O-feruloyl-D-glucopyranose(16),sibiskoside (17),(E)-3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid methyl ester(18),caffeic acid methyl est er(19),ferulic acid sorbitol ester(20),caffeic acid glucitd ester(21),sibiraglycoside L(22)、sibiraglycoside N(23)、sibiraglycoside J(24)、sibiraglycoside I(25)、(2R,3R,4S,5R)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydroxyhexane-1,6-diyl(2E,2’E)-bis(3-(3,4-dihydroxyph enyl)acrylate)(26)、aruncide A(27),caffeic acid(28),ferulic acid(29),methyl f erulic acid(30),3,7-dimethyl-3(E),6-octadien-5-one-1-O-β-D-glucoside(31),3,7-di methyl-3(Z),6-octadien-5-one-1-O-β-D-glucoside(32),veratric acid(33)sibiraglycos ide E(34),sibiraglycoside F(35),3,4-dimethoxycinnamyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(36),t ecomin(36),icariside H1(38),sibiscolacton(39),pinoresinol(40),sibiraglycoside G(41),sibiraglycoside H(42)Fourteen compounds(1,2,5-16)were isolated from the genus Sibiraea for t he first time.
