Professor He Xiaohui’s Experience In The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis Based On The Multiple Fusion Methods

Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of professor He Xiaohui’s experience in the treatment of reflux esophagitis by using the theory of grounding and data mining.Methods:1.Through interviews with Professor He Xiaohui,his disciples and patients with reflux esophagitis,the relevant interview data are obtained.Based on literature works and by adopting the research method of grounded theory,the academic origin,academic thought,clinical treatment and doctor-patient interaction of Professor He Xiaohui are analyzed in depth,and the experience characteristics of Professor He Xiaohui in diagnosis and treatment of reflux esophagitis are summarized.2.Based on the case data of reflux esophagitis treated by Professor He Xiaohui from September 2020 to December 2022 in Qianjiafang outpatient clinic,the ECXEL form was established and imported into the cloud platform database of ancient and modern medical cases.Results:1.Grounded Theory ResearchThe data of this study are derived from 10 interviews,6 academic papers and 1 work.Using the research method of rooted theory,we analyzed the interviews and literature materials obtained,obtained56 initial codes and formed 11 subcategories,as well as four main categories: academic origin,academic thought,certification techniques and doctor-patient interaction.Select academic ideas as the axis and analyze the relationship with academic origin,clinical techniques and doctor-patient interaction category.Finally,the core code of "people-oriented,regulating qi,adapting characteristics,and treating the disease below" was constructed to lead the whole process of professor He Xiaohui’s treatment of reflux esophagitis.2.Data MiningThis study included 122 patients with reflux esophagitis treated by Prof.He Xiaohui,totalling 460 visits.Among the 122 patients,the highest frequency of clinical symptoms was pantothenic acid(130),heartburn(120),belching(112),stomach distension(98),and eye drop(78).128 Chinese herbal medicines were included in this study,with 7,457 times in total.The first 10 Chinese herbal medicines were Rhizoma Coptidis,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Cuttlebone,Taraxa,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Poria,Radix Scutellariae,Semen Raphani,Fructus Evodiae and Fructus Aurantii.The efficacy of 128 Chinese herbal medicines was analyzed.The first 5 drugs were heat and dampness clearing drugs,purging and antipyretic drugs,acid-making and analgesic drugs,antiemetic drugs and astringent and hemostatic drugs.Heat and dampness clearing drugs were used 834 times.Four Qi analysis of drugs,mainly to warm,cold,cold,flat,five taste analysis to bitter,sweet,pungent,drug meridians to the spleen and stomach,followed by the lung,liver,kidney,large intestine.Through cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,five groups of drugs were obtained: the first group: Zhishi,Chaihu,Dangshen,Muxiang;the second group: Radix Glehniae,Radix Pseudostellariae;the third group: Fructus Aurantii,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Poria;the fourth group: evodia rutaecarpa,calcined oysters;the fifth group: Semen Raphani,Radix Scutellariae,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Herba Taraxaci,Rhizoma Coptidis,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Cuttlebone.The core prescriptions were obtained through complex network: Pinellia ternata,Coptis chinensis,Evodia rutaecarpa,Scutellaria baicalensis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Paeonia lactiflora,Taraxacum mongolicum,Magnolia officinalis,Citrus aurantium,cuttlebone,calcined oyster,Raphani Semen.Conclusion:Professor He Xiaohui has the characteristics of "soft,empty,healthy and balanced" of the esophagus,the prescription medication conforms to the characteristics of the esophagus,the concept of people-centered,integrated Chinese and western medicine,the stomach,and the stomach,and the stomach;from the bowel to the treatment,the rich medical advice to help the patients,promote the recovery of the disease and improve the prognosis.
