Purpose:Taking Ye Tianshi’s medical cases as the research object,systematically sort out,analyze,and extract the corresponding treatment methods of related medical cases from the perspective of kidney treatment,and explore the law of his prescription and medication,and explore his academic thought of treatment from the perspective of kidney,to enrich the connotation of "Kidney Treatment",in order to better inherit Ye Tianshi’s academic experience and make it flourish.Method:1.Inclusion and exclusion of medical records.(1)Studying Ye’s medical records: "Clinical Guide to Medical Records","Yip’s Medical Records Preserved","Zongfutang Publicly Selected Prescriptions","Unprinted Ye Tianshi’s Medical Cases","Mei Shoutang Program Selection","Ye Tianshi’s Old Age Program Authentic.(2)The etiology and pathogenesis,pathogenesis,syndrome type,treatment principles and methods,prescription nursing and other information extracted from medical records or prescriptions are included.If it has nothing to do with the treatment from the kidney and the medical record information is incomplete,it will not be included.A total of 834 related medical records were collected.2.Based on the idea of treating a variety of diseases with the "kidney" as the starting point,taking the treatment method as the entry point,and based on the physiology and pathology of the kidney itself and the physiological relationship with other visceral systems,the treatment methods are divided into the treatment methods of the kidney system itself,There are five types of treatment methods related to liver and kidney,heart and kidney,lung and kidney,and spleen and kidney.The specific treatment rules are determined according to the pathogenesis.3.List the specific content of each treatment method,such as the meaning,treatment principle,indications,clinical manifestations,syndrome analysis,representative prescriptions and treatment methods,and explore the connotation of treatment methods and clinical
