| Objectives:(1)To explore the factors affecting the health service needs of functional community populations;(2)To explore the levels of demand for functional community health services;(3)To provide countermeasure suggestions for better promoting the development of functional community health services.Methods:(1)The research mainly applies the KANO model analysis method to empirically analyze the factors influencing the health service and the hierarchy of demand for functional community populations,to study the differences in the demand for functional community health services under the influence of different demographic factors,to delineate the hierarchy of demand for functional community health services,and to measure the Better coefficient and Worse coefficient to determine the priority order of health service items.(2)This paper integrates the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method and interview method.Among them,the literature analysis method is used to understand the current situation and trend of research in related fields,the questionnaire survey method is used to collect data and information,the statistical analysis method is used to analyze the questionnaire data,and the interview method is combined to understand the practice of functional community health services in the region.Results:(1)The results of the analysis of factors influencing the demand for health services of people in different demographic functional communities.(1)Results of chi-square goodness-of-fit test: survey respondents had specific preferences for all 23 health service demand attributes,and there were significant differences(P < 0.001).(2)The results of univariate analysis: the differences in age,household type,monthly income,social(non-commercial)medical insurance participated,and whether to purchase commercial medical insurance were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis: there were differences in health service demand attributes of functional community population by household type and monthly income(P < 0.05).(2)Results of hierarchical analysis of health service demand of functional community population.(1)Health demand distribution: 5 health services were charming demand attributes(21.7%),18 health services were non-differential demand attributes(78.3%),and no expectation demand attributes,essential demand attributes,reverse demand attributes and suspicious demand attributes were generated.(2)Better/Worse coefficient scores: the top 5 health demand items with Better coefficient scores are: disease screening service,critical care green channel service,health checkup service,emergency vaccination service,and eye care health service;the top5 health demand items with Worse coefficient scores are: critical care green channel service,emergency vaccination service,health checkup service The top 5 health needs are: critical illness green channel service,emergency vaccination service,health check-up service,disease screening service,oral health care service.(3)The two-dimensional matrix of functional community health service needs: 8 items were in the first quadrant(priority optimization area),1 item was in the second quadrant(area to be improved),12 items were in the third quadrant(secondary improvement area),and 2 items were in the fourth quadrant(priority satisfaction area).(4)Functional community health service demand priority ranking:charming demand attributes > non-differential demand attributes;charming demand attributes(critical illness green channel service> emergency vaccination service > disease screening service >health checkup service > eye care health service);non-differential demand attributes(epidemic prevention and control management service> Chinese medicine preparation processing service > oral health service > pre-hospital emergency training service > chronic disease health management service > Health housekeeping service >Health file service > AHA Heart saver training service > Stress reduction and sleep aid service > AED provision and maintenance service > Health risk assessment service > "Health hut" service >Medical support service for large events>Chinese medicine health care service>Health exercise service>Health lecture service >Themed promotion activities>Health tips service).Conclusions and recommendations:The factors affecting the demand for health services of functional community people mainly include different household type and monthly income;the overall demand for functional community health services of functional community people is low and mainly divided into two levels: charming demand attributes and undifferentiated demand attributes;meeting the charming demand attributes of functional community people helps to improve the satisfaction of the target people;for undifferentiated demand attributes,it is necessary to further explore the internal reasons and propose improvement For the non-differentiated demand attributes,it is necessary to further explore the inner reasons and propose improvement measures to make the target population accept them;it is necessary to pay attention to health services such as chronic disease health management services,AED provision and maintenance services,which are located in the priority satisfaction area;the KANO model is applicable to the study of health service demand in functional communities.In summary,this paper proposes the following recommendations:(1)To improve the quality of health services according to the current classification of functional community health service attributes;(2)Follow the law of changes in the demand attributes of functional community health services and dynamically adjust health service items;(3)To grasp the effective supply of functional community health service needs and enhance the satisfaction and sense of access of people;(4)Strengthen the publicity of functional community health services to increase the awareness rate and contracting rate of the population. |
