Discussion On The Clinical Application Material Medic Property Theory Based On The Yin And Yang Theory

Objective:The pursuit of Yin and Yang theory and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)property theory,in tandem with the evolution and perfection of the theoretical system from the dawn of primitive civilization to the present day,is the aim.The main objective of this task is to noun the clinical application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,as per the classical Chinese medicine books and the integration of these two cultures.The clinical data of integrated Chinese and We,in particular,is backed up.The author tries to put forward the theory hypothesis of Yin and Yang of medic properties for the reason that provide theoretical foundation for clinical medic use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.In the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic,it is said that "those who are good at diagnosis should observe the color and pulse,and first distinguish between yin and yang.When reviewing turbidity,they should know the part." Therefore,in terms of medicinal properties,it should also be "those who understand medicine,such as cold,heat,warmth,and coolness,and those who understand yin and yang should know the medicinal properties." The theory of yin and yang can be specifically applied to the clinical use of drugs in the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Based on the theory of Yin-yang and the theory of TCM property as the carrier,this study elaborated the concept,characteristics,specific content and specific application of the theory and the theory of TCM property in clinical practice,including the clinical records of ancient classical medical books and the improvement and supplement of modern application.Explaining the amalgamation of Chinese and western medicine’s background and understanding is also done.Finally,the concept of the theory of Yin and Yang of drug properties and clinical retrospective validation study were carried out.Results:1.The theory of Yin and Yang is a connected with philosophy thought of ancient China.The evolution of traditional Chinese medicine has yielded its theoretical system,which is its very core.2.The evolution of traditional Chinese medicine has yielded its theoretical system,which is its very core.3.Therefore,the basic theory of TCM should be kept in mind when applying TCM,and it can be said that the core and fundamental characteristics of TCM property theory are Yin and Yang.4.Yin and Yang theory plays an important guiding role in the aspects of physiology and pathology,disease diagnosis and prescription.It constantly serves clinical practice and is constantly developed and improved in clinical practice.4.Under the guidance of the Yin Yang theory,the theory of the properties of traditional Chinese medicine has formed its own unique system in both theoretical and practical aspects.It is widely applied in clinical medical practice and,like the Yin Yang theory,follows the development law of practice → theory →practice.5.The use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is not simply an increase or decrease in drug efficacy,but rather a coordinated combination of drug properties,yin and yang.6.Taking the development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine as an opportunity,combined with relevant academic and practical research in traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that the medicinal Yin Yang is beneficial for guiding the specific clinical use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.In clinical case analysis,it has been found that the medicinal Yin Yang plays an important role in the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion:1.For thousands of years,the theoretical framework of traditional Chinese medicine has been established.For millennia,Chinese medicine’s theoretical system has been formulated.In the future,both the Yin and Yang and TCM properties theories will remain in their own distinct ways in both academic and clinical practice.2.The verification study found that the theory hypothesis of yin-yang of medicinal properties has been well applied in clinical practice,and the feedback of clinical practice will make the theory of yin-yang of medicinal properties constantly supplemented and improved,and the theory of yin-yang of medicinal properties plays a role in promoting the development of integrated Chinese and western medicine.3.Clinical practice is guided by theory,and research into the amalgamation of Chinese and Western medicine in clinical medicine still has a great deal of potential.
