The Clinical Research Of The Treatment On NSCLC Patients With Yanghe Decotion Combined With Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors

Objective This study preliminarily explored the role of Yanghe Decoction in improving clinical symptoms,tumor series indicators,coagulation function and other aspects of people with non-small cell lung cancer by observing the clinical efficacy and related adverse reactions of Yanghe Decoction combined with Immune checkpoint inhibitor in the treatment of cell lung cancer,with a view to providing reference and outlet for the treatment of lung cancer with immune combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and providing relevant reference for better treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods In Terms of the inclusion criteria,a total of 58 patients with Yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation non-small cell lung cancer who met the inclusion criteria of this topic were selected.By following the random number table,The 58 people were divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30).The ordinary data,pathological type,lung cancer stage,of the patients were counted,at the same time,KPS scores,FACT-L score of the patients were performed according to the admission routine,The patients were examined by routine blood tests,tumor related indicators,body coagulation function,liver function,kidney function,stool routine,urine analysis,electrocardiogram and other routine tests.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy combined with immunosuppressive agents according to the Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer in the middle and late stages of NSCLC.The treatment group was treated with Yanghe Decoction on the basis of conventional chemotherapy combined with immunosuppressive agents at the checkpoints.The intervention time was 4 cycles.After the end of the 4 cycles,the patients were observed before and after the treatment of quality of life score,KPS evaluation,blood routine,coagulation index,CEA The change of CA12-5 and other indicators was analyzed statistically with SPSS 25.0 software.Results 1.A total of 58 patients were participated in the study.Sixtity patients were divided into two groups.By obeying random number table method,Two groups includes control group and treatment group.Baseline data comparison between the two groups before treatment(gender,age,pathological type,lung cancer stage)showed that the difference is not momentous(P > 0.05),and the data entered were comparable.There was no significant difference in gender and course of disease between the two groups before treatment,the two groups were comparable rationally.2.TCM symptom score: During this study,the two groups of patients were compared according to statistics.There was no difference in symptom scores between the two group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total TCM symptom score of the two group declined,suggesting that the symptoms of every groups of patients were relieved through treatment.The results were compared and analyzed(P < 0.05).The total score of symptoms in the treatment group declined more significantly.The treatment group had more advantages in improving the symptoms of patients with Yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type of non-small cell lung cancer.The comparison of clinical efficacy showed that 80.00% of the patients in the treatment group were significantly effective,while39.20% of the patients in the control group were significantly effective.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Yanghe Decoction combined with Immune checkpoint inhibitor,It can alleviate the clinical symptoms of people with non-small cell lung cancer of yang he deficiency.3.KPS score: the KPS score of people in the control group shutted down after the end of the study period compared with that before,while the KPS score of patients in the treatment group increased to different degrees after the end of the study period compared with that before,and the difference between the treatment group was vital.(P<0.05).Yanghe Decoction combined with Immune checkpoint inhibitor are supposed to improve the quality of life of non-small cell lung cancer of Yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type.4.Quality of life scale: After the end of the study period,the patients in the control group and the treatment group showed a decline in the daily activity score,while the treatment group showed a lower decline in the daily activity score.In terms of social/family life score,activity ability score and emotional state,the treatment group showed a significant trend of improvement,while the control group showed a downward trend.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It shows that Yanghe Decoction combined with immunotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients.5.Blood routine test: the blood routine test of the patients in the control group and the treatment group did not change after treatment,(P<0.05),suggesting that the blood routine test of Yanghe Decoction combined with Immune checkpoint inhibitorfor patients with Yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type of non-small cell lung cancer.6.Coagulation index: After treatment,APTT and PT of the two groups were significantly prolonged compared to before treatment,while FBG,PLT,and D-Di were significantly reduced compared to before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).This indicates that the combination of Yanghe Tang and immunotherapy can regulate the hypercoagulable state of blood in the body and promote changes in blood flow.7.Tumor indicators: The urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function of the patients in the treatment group did not show obvious abnormalities before and after the study.The control group had 2 cases of immune-associated pneumonia after immunotherapy,which occurred in the second and fourth cycles respectively.At the same time,the control group also had 2 cases of liver function damage and 1 case of kidney function damage.After symptomatic treatment,the symptoms of the patients improved.Other patients did not have obvious adverse reactions.8.In the clinical study,58 patients were normal in three aspects,including the urine routine、stool routine and liver function.Only two patients developed nausea and vomiting after Immune checkpoint inhibitor,and were relieved after symptomatic treatment.The other patients had no reactions,the results were significant.Conclusion Yanghe decoction combined with Immune checkpoint inhibitor can alleviate the symptoms of Yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type of non-small cell lung cancer,improve the quality of life of patients,and have good efficacy in improving the adverse reactions caused by Immune checkpoint inhibitor.Its treatment scheme has good tolerance and safety,and is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.
