With the deepening of my country’s industrialization and urbanization,the social livelihood has shown significant changes in lifestyle,changes in ecological environment,and changes in health risks.Therefore,in order to ensure people’s health in all directions and cyclicals,the state has raised health China to a new strategic height,emphasizing integrating health into all policies,integrating healthy Chinese construction into socialist modernization,realizing the health of the whole people,achieving social harmonious and healthy development Essence At the same time,my country’s economy has entered the new stage of development,and the new development concept emphasizes the comprehensive development of the economy and society.Among them,health is both an endogenous factor for economic transformation and the development of economic transformation.However,as other resources,health is also limited.In the context of healthy China,how to reasonably allocate health resources to make it the greatest role,fairly and efficiently improve people’s health levels,exert the evidence of scientific research that needs scientific value,and all kinds of health.The economic effect of the policy needs to be rigorously analyzed and judged.Based on the theory of health and human capital,endogenous growth theory and production efficiency theory,this article designs the DID model of natural experiments.Through the evaluation of the pilot pilot of public hospital reforms and the policy effects of national health cities pilot,analyze the development of health policy in the context of economic transformation.Theoretical mechanism and specific results.The inherent logic aimed at scientifically and understanding the economic effects of health policies,improved the efficiency of health policy,and provided feasible suggestions for in-depth promotion of health policies.Based on previous research,this paper derives the mechanism of the development of health policies to influence regional development,broaden the time dimension and research focus,select 284 prefecture-level city data with better representative and stronger differences,study and discuss the reform and of public hospitals and The economic effects of national health cities use dynamic panel GMM methods and PSM-DID and SDID methods to perform endogenous discussions and causal inference respectively.This article finds that health policy has a significant impact on regional economic transformation and development.According to the result of the return,there is a positive correlation with the growth rate of the reform of the public hospital and the growth rate of regional GDP,and no cause and effect relationship with the economic growth rate is not found;the national health city construction can increase the regional green full-factor productivity change rate of 2.5 percentage points,and the development of the regional development The quality has a significant causal effect.In the analysis of the mechanism,the theory derives the health policies that can affect the health and human capital,health environment and services,health industries and needs at the same time.On the basis of this,it is found that the reform of public hospitals is mainly affected through healthy human capital channels.Human capital and healthy environmental channels have an impact.In the heterogeneity analysis part,it is found that the health policy will have different effects on different types of cities.The correlation between the reform and economic growth rate of public hospitals is mainly reflected in the central and eastern regions with a resident population of 15 million people.The impact on the productivity change of green all-factor is mainly reflected in the east,central and northeast regions,as well as regions with a permanent population of less than 1.5 million and more than 5 million.In general,the health policy itself does not have the causal effects of the economic aggregate based on the theoretical derivation,which mainly shows the causal significance of human capital and economic quality,and can effectively promote the transformation and development process of the national economy.Compared with the reform policy of public hospitals,national health cities can more effectively promote regional economic transformation and development.
