| The global epidemic is not over yet,and all kinds of variant viruses are still emerging. The whole human race may coexist with COVID-19 for a long time, and it may become a long-term process to improve the defense through vaccination. With the rapid development of the Internet, the factors that affect the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine are multidimensional and complex.A more comprehensive and detailed exploration of the factors that affect the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine will help to grasp the public’s active demands and better understand the dynamics behind the willingness to vaccinate;Analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences of influencing factors of the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine at home and abroad can provide new enlightenment for strengthening the willingness to vaccinate; At the same time, from a systematic perspective, sorting out the relationship between factors and clearly showing the complex relationship between factors is of practical significance for continuously improving the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19.Focusing on the research questions on the influencing factors of COVID-19 vaccination willingness, take the questions and comments related to COVID-19 vaccination on Zhihu Q&A community and Twitter as research data.First, the grounded theory method is used to carry out open coding, spindle coding, selective coding and theoretical saturation tests on data, identify the factors that affect the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine from the data, and carry out a comparative analysis of the differences and similarities of the influencing factors. On this basis, the interpretive structural model method is used to assist modeling, analyze the logical hierarchical relationship between various influencing factors, and build a multi-level hierarchical structure model of the influencing factors of the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine inside and outside the People’s Republic of China,to comprehensively and systematically analyze the influencing factors and mechanism of the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine. The research conclusions include: First, the factors that affect the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine are diverse and complex, and are subject to the influence of multidimensional factors in different fields such as individuals, media, politics and environment.Second, the influencing factors of the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine at home and abroad have both similarities and obvious differences. The commonalities among the factors are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the influence of personal factors, others, negative emotional arousal caused by previous negative events, information sources and quality on the willingness of COVID-19 to vaccinate is manifested to varying degrees; The differences are mainly reflected in: the willingness of foreign public to vaccinate COVID-19 is also affected by the vaccine launch plan, political background, religious and ethnic factors.Third, the influencing factors of COVID-19 vaccine inoculation willingness have multi-layer characteristics and show the law of hierarchical constraints.Different levels of factors play different roles in the public’s willingness to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine. This hierarchical relationship can provide a reference and reference for the government and relevant departments to improve their willingness to vaccinate. Finally, based on the research results, specific suggestions are proposed from the following aspects: collaborative and coordinated policy implementation, strengthening multi agent cooperation, strengthening prevention awareness, scientifically avoiding potential risks, grasping scientific guidance paths,long-term improvement, and normalization enhancement, which have reference significance for relevant departments to improve the work of vaccine vaccination willingness. |
