| In recent years, with the gradual development of AIDS prevention and control work in China,AIDS prevention and control work has achieved good results, and the overall situation of AIDS epidemic in China remains low. However,HIV is still transmitted among high-risk groups.MSM group is the key high-risk group for HIV transmission, which brings many challenges to AIDS prevention and control. The research on MSM mental health in China started relatively late, and the number of existing studies is relatively small. There is an urgent need to increase empirical testing research on the impact of MSM identity on high-risk sexual behavior. At the same time, the United Nations General Assembly High level Meeting on AIDS proposed new goals for AIDS prevention and control. This study takes MSM in Z city as an example, based on the theory of health communication and health ecology, using logistic regression and mesomeric effect methods,to quantitatively study the impact of MSM identity on high-risk sexual behavior in Z city, which has important practical significance for exploring effective MSM AIDS prevention methods.Through consulting and sorting out the literature on AIDS related to MSM at home and abroad, the study designed its own questionnaire, and adopted snowball sampling method to investigate the MSM AIDS related issues in Z city in the form of offline paper questionnaires from April to June2021.A total of 300 questionnaires were obtained.Based on the questionnaire data, descriptive statistical analysis, chi square test, analysis of variance and other methods were used to study the status quo of MSM AIDS knowledge, attitude and practice, and identity in Z city,so as to understand the current status of MSM AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior, and the real situation and problems of identity in Z city. The results showed that MSM in Z city had a differentiation of AIDS knowledge, belief and practice, and the proportion of AIDS knowledge judged as "knowing" reached77%;MSM group has a positive attitude towards AIDS as a whole; There were significant differences in MSM AIDS knowledge and belief under different demography characteristics;MSM’s self-identity is relatively low,and the mean value of MSM’s identity scores under different demography characteristics is significantly different.Logistic regression method was used to study the status of high-risk sexual behavior of MSM and its correlation with the separation of AIDS knowledge and practice of MSM in Z city, and to preliminarily understand the influencing factors of the separation of AIDS knowledge and practice of MSM in Z city. The results showed that more than half of MSM had a sexual role of "0.5",while the proportion of MSM with a sexual role of "0" was the lowest;MSM has been active in high-risk sexual behavior in the past year, with a large number of sexual partners; The usage rate of MSM condoms is relatively low,and the proportion of using condoms every time during oral sex with sexual partners in the past year is much lower than the proportion of using condoms every time during anal sex;More than 90% of MSM have different levels of high-risk behaviors, and AIDS attitude is the protective factor for their high-risk behaviors;Education level, sexual roles in male behavior, and marital status are all significant influencing factors for the separation of knowledge and behavior.Logistic regression and mesomeric effect were used to study the impact of MSM identity on high-risk sexual behavior, and a mediation analysis model was constructed to explore the role of MSM identity in the path of the impact of AIDS attitudes on MSM high-risk behavior. The logistic regression results showed that the intra group influence had a positive promoting effect on the use of condoms every time with temporary and fixed anal intercourse. The average intra group influence score increased by one point, and the likelihood of using condoms every time with temporary and fixed anal intercourse was 1.069 and 1.079 times higher, respectively.Mesomeric effect analysis showed that MSM intragroup influence played a part of mesomeric effect(5.77%)between MSM AIDS attitude and AIDS high-risk sexual behavior. The research suggests that it is crucial for the current AIDS prevention and control work to carry out differentiated health education on MSM,further take targeted intervention measures and adjust the existing intervention strategies, promote social integration, enhance MSM identity, and eliminate the problems caused by traditional ideas on MSM. |
