| Background : The persistence of the novel coronavirus epidemic has brought a great threat to people’s life safety.According to the survey, the infection rate of the general population vaccinated with novel coronavirus vaccine infected with COVID-19 and the mortality rate after infection decreased significantly. However, many patients with chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)still have many doubts about the novel coronavirus vaccine. Objective: We analyze the willingness and concerns of CML patients to vaccinate against novel coronavirus during the epidemic of novel coronavirus to provide theoretical basis for clinical guidance. Methods: A questionnaire was designed to collect information on 401 patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia in Hubei Province through We Chat platform.Inclusion criteria: 1.CML patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic myeloid leukemia;2.CML patients who can be followed up;3.CML patients whose patients or family members have We Chat.Exclusion criteria: CML patients without autonomous behavioral ability. The willingness of CML patients to receive COVID-19 vaccine was taken as the dependent variable(willingness=1,unwillingness=2),and the basic information of patients was taken as the independent variable for univariate and multivariate binomial logistic regression analysis. Results: 260(64.84%)patients were willing to receive the novel coronavirus vaccine,of which the CML patients’ residence, type of use of tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKI),emotional and physical symptoms, concerns about affecting the treatment effect of chronic myeloid leukemia, concerns about aggravating the disease of chronic myeloid leukemia and concerns about aggravating the side effects of TKI were statistically differentConclusion: The The willingness of CML patients to vaccinate against novel coronavirus vaccine is affected by the distribution of residence, emotional state and type of TKI drugs. |
