| Vaccine preventable disease As an effective means to control preventable disease infection,it has been recognized by the preventive medical community.However,in the process of promoting vaccination,vaccine hesitancy has become a common problem faced by national governments.Vaccine hesitation has been listed by the WHO as one of the top 10 threats to global health.Studies have found that while vaccine information can improve the public vaccination rate,it may not necessarily reduce the public’s resistance to vaccines.Therefore,a deeper analysis of the causes of vaccine hesitation is urgent.With its open interaction,Sina Weibo has become an important window for the public to receive information,and has a certain role in boosting the vaccination process.The output of the audience’s views on the Sina Weibo platform can also reflect the causes of vaccine hesitation to a certain extent.The purpose of this study is to explore the association between vaccine information and individual vaccination attitude through objective data on Sina Weibo platform,explore the persuasion effect in the dissemination process of COVID-19 vaccine information and the factors affecting individual vaccination attitude,so as to alleviate vaccine hesitancy.This study takes Sina Weibo as the data collection platform,focuses on the persuasion effect of COVID-19 vaccine information,and constructs a "persuasion effect model of COVID-19 vaccine information" that fits the characteristics of Sina Weibo platform.The model from the persuader,persuasion information,persuader and persuasion scenario in four dimensions,and based on the authoritative standard,through the text emotional tendency and professional degree,and convince the object,based on the three-stage social objective environment and microblog information media richness.Research capture Sina Weibo platform about "new vaccine" data 1006071,and on the basis of Sina Weibo propagation force z index calculation formula,select transmission before 2500 micro bloggers secondary data capture,data after cleaning 1969 bloggers information,48215 posts,254902 comments,a total of 303117 data,relying on this study to build the new vaccine information persuade effect model,the persuasion effect of the indicators.The results show that in the environment of Sina Weibo,information type,economic differences,information output intensity,information text professionalism,individual gender difference,media richness,and social environment of vaccination will influence the improvement of information communication from the media optimization of media agenda setting,government agencies balance media regional gap,media richness and health communication discourse system,which is beneficial to promoting the positive attitude of individual vaccination and improving the persuasion effect of COVID-19 vaccine information. |
