Objective: To investigate the efficacy of triamcinolone alone,5-fluorouracil and A to prevent postoperative recurrence of keloid,and to analyze the expression level of TGF-β 1and IL-6 in peripheral serum before and after treatment,to provide A theoretical basis for the treatment of keloid.Methods: 60 keloid patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into three groups: 20 patients,namely,5-fluorouracil and triamcinolide and botulinum toxin A,who signed informed consent.All 60 patients were removed by the same plastic surgeon,and the resection tissue was submitted for pathological HE staining.Triamcinolide and Triacetamidide and Triamcinolone acetamidide with triamcinolide and botulinum toxin type A with Triamcinolide and botulinum toxin type A once A month for three times after surgery.VSS and POSAS scores were recorded for all patients at 3 and 6 months after treatment for all patients twice;clinical efficacy and adverse effects were assessed 6 months after treatment;and changes in serum concentrations of TGF-β 1 and IL-6 were measured by serum before and 3 months after treatment.Results: The pathological return of all patients was consistent with keloid;Statistics of all the data,Performed the statistical analysis,There was no statistical difference in the general condition of the patients(P> 0.05);The serum TGF-β 1 concentration before and after treatment(P<0.05),Triamcinolone-alone and 5-fluorouracil groups and triamcinolone alone and botulinum toxin A(P <0.05),There was no statistical difference between triamcinolone with5-fluorouracil and triamcinolone with botulinum toxin A(P> 0.05);Statistical difference in serum IL-6 concentration before and after treatment(P <0.05),There was no statistical difference between the groups after treatment(P> 0.05);VSS and POSS scores at 3 and 6months were different between the three groups(P <0.05),Statistical difference(P <0.05),There was no statistical difference in the adverse reactions(P> 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment effect(Recurrence prevention effect)was triamcinolone acetonide combined with botulinum toxin group A> triamcinolone acetonide combined with 5-fluorouracil group >triamcinolone acetonide simple group,and the adverse reactions were triamcinolone acetonide combined with botulinum toxin type A group< triamcinone acetonide combined with5-fluorouracil group < triamcinolone acetonide simple group.The expression level of serum TGF-β1 after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the expression levels of triamcinolone acetonide combined with 5-fluorouracil group and triamcinolone acetonide combined with botulinum toxin type A group after treatment were lower than that of triamcinolone acetonide alone group.IL-6 expression levels are lower after treatment than before treatment.
