Since the 40 years of reform and opening up,the income of residents in my country has been greatly increased, and the per capita disposable income has increased year by year. After the peak in 2008,the Gini coefficient has generally declined slowly.Although the income ratio of urban and rural residents has shrunk, the absolutely poor income of urban and rural residents is still increasing.Scholars at home and abroad generally believe that income gap is an important reason for health inequality. The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country clearly pointed out that the main contradictions in our society have transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs and inequality and inadequate development. The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes to continue to promote the construction of healthy China. The "Outline of Healthy China 2030" proposes to basically achieve health and fairness by 2030,so that the main health indicators can reach the goal of high-income national level. The party should put the protection of the people’s health in the strategic position of priority development and actively promote the construction of healthy China.Physical health is an important condition for continuing life, and it is also the basic prerequisite for all life activities. In recent years, people’s attention to health has become higher and higher, and health status has become an important indicator for measuring regional economic development and social progress.By 2050,the overall goal of a healthy country that is compatible with a modern state of socialist modernization. In this context, the impact of research on income gap on health inequality is conducive to promoting policy reform, improving the health status of residents, and promoting social progress. The income gap in this article is the main line, focusing on the following issues(1)the impact of income level and income gap on health(2)The impact of income gap on health inequality(3)dynamically study changes in health inequality.First of all, this article sort out related literature and works, and uses the theoretical basis of the Grossman health demand model and the theory of welfare economics;second, the description of the gap between income and income in different periods of my country by describing statistical law,and health and health are not healthy and healthy. On the status quo of equality, again, using CFPS2012-2018 Data, the orderly Probit model to explore the impact of income and income gaps on health, and the method of regression and decomposition of centralized index analyzes the impact of income gaps on health. The main empirical results are: First, the income gap will have a negative impact on the health of residents. The impact of income gap on health is mainly reflected in the gap between low-income income.Second, the income gap is one of the main contributions of health inequality. The expansion of the income gap will increase the degree of inequality of the residents.Third, there are health inequality of rich people, but this kind of health inequality has slowed down, and health inequality shows more obvious gender differences and urban and rural differences.Fourth, the impact of health inequality is mainly manifested in the three aspects: income growth effect, income distribution effect and income flow effect. The impact of income growth effect on health inequality is positive.Negative impact, the income distribution effect has the most impact. This article is guided by narrowing income gaps, put forward targeted suggestions on the results of empirical analysis. In order to alleviate health inequality, the following measures need to be achieved: promote high-quality economic development, improve residential income;improve income distribution policies, reduce income gap;Improve the public health service system, improve the basic guarantee system for low-income groups;improve the health literacy and improve the living environment of residents.Effective measures should be taken to promote social fairness and promote the income and basic living standards of low-income groups to alleviate the problems of health inequality.
