Part1Investigation On The Cognition Status Of Chronic Kidney Disease Among The Public In Gannan AreaObjective:To investigate the disease cognition status of CKD among the public in Gannan Area, and to understand the relevant influencing factors, which provides a reference to improving people’s self-management At the same time as the investigation, health education can be carried out to improve the public’s awareness. Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,1408 people in Gannan Area were selected to conduct a chronic kidney disease cognitive questionnaire survey. The contents of the survey mainly include sociodemographic characteristics, knowledge of CKD,disease and physical examination, and health education needs. In the questionnaire survey, the function of kidney is a multiple-choice question,1 correct answer is 1 point,a total of 6 points, the rests are single-choice questions, and 1 point is scored for 1 ccrrect answer,a total of 16 points, the total score is 22 points, overall awareness rate equals to number of correct respondents/number of total respondents the awareness rate of each question equals to the number of correct answers/the number of people who answered the question. We collected data through the network and offline distribution then took back questionnaires, analyzed data with SPSS22.0.After analysis, the total score is used as measured data first the normality test(Shapiro-Wilk test,a=0.05)is taken,if the normiality test shows that the relevant score is from a non-normal distribution population, and the median(interquartile range)[M(QL,QU)]is used, the Mann-Whitney U test is used for statistical inference between the two groups, and the Kruskal-Wallis test is used for statistical inference for the three groups and above comparisons.Basic infcrmation such as gender, age, marital status, and educational background are counted data, described by frequency(composition ratio)[n(%)],and the χ2 test is used. The test level was all、α=0.05(doubletailed),and the difference was statistically significant. Results:A total of 1408 questionnaires wers distributed,1393 valid questionnaires were taken back, and the recovery efficiency was 98.93%.The total scores for the participants were 12 points(9,14).The overall awareness rate of CKD related knowledge was 52.81%in 1393 people, the awareness rate of kidney function risk factors, symptoms and complications and other knowledge was 45.88%,63.96%,49.16%and 51.37%respectively.The level of CKD knowledge was statistically significant among different people, such as age, marital status residence, education, occupation, family income, physical examination and family history(p<0.05).When the examination results were abnormal but the symptoms were not obvious,84.1%of the people said they would go to the hospital in time, but 15.9%said they would not go to the hospital in time.Only 44.8%of them said they would take the initiative to acquire knowledge about CKD.The main channel for people to obtain knowledge about CKD was online inquiiy, followed by medical staff More than 90%of the people believed that it is necessary to improve their self-awareness,,and the cognitive need for CKD risk factors, etiology, symptoms, treatment and prevention is high.Conclusion:1.The general awareness of CKD among the people in Gannan Area is low.2.People with different ages, marital status, place of residence, education levels, occupations, per capita, income levels, family history, and physical examination had different cognitive levels of CKD.3.The initiative of the people in Gannan Area to obtain CKD knowledge is not strong but they have a high demand for CKD-related knowledge.Part2Investigation On The Cognition Status Of Chronic Kidney Disease Among The General Practitioners In Gannan AreaObjective:To investigate the disease cognition of CKD among general practitioners in Gannan Area and to understand the relevant influencing factors, which provides a reference to improving the management of CKD by general practitioners. Methods:In this study,215 general practitioners in Gannan Area were selected to conduct a chronic kidney disease cognilive questionnaire survey by convenient sampling from December 2021 to December 2022.The main contents of the survey included socio-demographic characteristics, knowledge about CKD,the actual management of CKD,and Continuing education needs. In the questionnaire survey, there were 8 questions about diagnosis and treatment of CKD,1 point for one correct answer(1 point for 80%correct answer of multiple choice questions),and 6 questions about management of CKD,one correct answer counts as one point(80%of multiple choice questions count as one point),with a total score of 14 points, overall correct rate equals to number of correct answers/number of total answers, correct rate per question equals to number of correct answers/number of people who answered the question. We collected data through the network and offline distribution, then took back questionnaires, analyzed data with SPSS22.0.After analysis, the total score is used as the measurement data first the normality test(Shapiro-Wilk test,α=0.05),the normality test shows that the relevant score is from a non-normal distribution population, and the median(interquartile range)[M(QL,QU)]is used, the Mann-Whitney U test is used for statistical inference between the two groups, and the Kruskal-Wallis test is used for statistical inference for the three groups and above comparisons.Basic information such as gender, age, marital status, and educational background are counted data described by frequency(composition ratio)[n(%)],and the χ2 test is used. The test level was all α=0.05(double-tailed),and the difference was statistically significantResults:A total of 215 valid questionnaires wers collected, and the recovery rate was 100%.The total scores of the participating general practitioners were 6 points(4,8),ofw hich diagnosis and treatment knowledge had a score of 4 points(2,5)and management knowledge had a score of 2 points(2,3).The overall correct rate of 215 general practitioners on CKD knowledge was 43.29%.The correct rates of diagnosis, treatment and management were 46.51%and 38.99%respectively.There were significant differences in the scores of CKD diagnosis and treatment knowledge, management knowledge and total scores with different educational qualifications and years of work(p<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of diagnosis and treatment knowledge among different professional titles(p<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of CKD diagnosis and treatment knowledge, management knowledge and total score between different genders and training exqeriences(p>0.05).There were significant differences between general practitioners of different sexes on whether CKD necessarily had to be associated with eGFR decrease, blood pressure reduction preferred, and blood pressure control(p<0.05).General practitioners of different educational backgrounds have knowledge of CKD in terms of definition, staging nephrotoxic drugs, clinical manifestations, complications, preferred hypotension, screening methods, blood pressure control and referral indication, the differences were significant(p<0.05).There were significant differences between general practitioners with different titles in the definition of CKD,whether eGFR decreased, clinical manifestations, and knowledge of non-drug treatment(p<0.05).There were significant diferences between general practitioners with different years of service on whether CKD must be associated with eGFR decline, stage, nephrotoxic drugs, treatment goals,,screening methods, blood pressure control,non-pharmacological treatment, and indication for referral(p<0.05).44.2%of general practitioners believed that they have a good understanding of CKD;More than 90%of general practitioners believed it is necessary to manage CKD.53.5%of general practitioners expected to goto general hospitals for further training to improve their CKD management skills.Conclusion:1.The awareness rate of CKD among the general practitioners in Gannan Area is low,and the management knowledge of CKD is lower than diagnosis and treatment 2.General practitioners in Gannan Area need to pay more attention to the monitoring and health education of high-risk groups.3.General practitioners in Gannan Area hope to have the opportunity to go to general hospitals for further training and improve their ability of diagnosis and treatment.4.General practitioners in Gannan Area need to improve their ability for reading professional literatures and update their professional knowledge.
