Analysis Of The Effect Of High Frequency Electric Snare Method Combined With Drugs In The Treatment Of Laryngeal Contact Granuloma Under Electronic Nose And Throat Scope

Objective:To study the combination of medical treatment after electrocautery contact granuloma removal of laryngeal by high-frequency electric snare method under electronic nasopharyngoscopy,and through comparative research,observational analysis and comprehensive evaluation,the clinical application value of electronic nasopharyngoscopy combined with high-frequency electric snare combined with the treatment of laryngeal contact granuloma was evaluated.Methods:Patients who underwent electronic nasopharyngoscopy in our outpatient clinic from September2020 to December 2022 and were diagnosed with laryngeal contact granuloma were selected.After screening by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the number of patients was finally determined to be 40.All patients were divided into two groups according to the randomized control method,namely the experimental group(electronic nasopharyngoscopy using high-frequency electrocautery electrocautery to remove laryngeal contact granulomas,n=20 cases)and the control group(oral medical treatment of laryngeal contact granuloma,n=20 cases),and the two groups of patients were treated with medical drugs(esomeprazole enteric-coated capsules orally,twice a day,once in the morning and evening,one 20 mg capsule each time,30 minutes before meals,it lasts from 1 to 6 months,usually 3months,and the vocal chords rest for 2 weeks,and then try to avoid using the voice for a long time afterwards),All surgical patients were operated by the same experienced surgeon,and all patients were ordered to undergo oral medical therapy and vocal cord rest treatment,and patients were instructed to fast within 3 hours before falling asleep,maintain a relatively regular diet,and prohibit eating foods that can promote the patient’s gastric acid secretion during the treatment period.Follow-up began 1 month after surgery and followed up for more than 6 months.The follow-up results of the two groups were compared:(1)Patients in the experimental group who underwent electrocautery surgery by electronic nasopharyngoscopy high-frequency electric snare method to remove granulomas: no efficiency,effective rate and cure rate after surgery.(2)Control group:the inefficiency,effective rate and cure rate of simple oral medical drugs(esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets)in the treatment of laryngeal contact granuloma.Results:Experimental group: The success rate of one operation and 4 cases of two-time surgical success rate of electrocautery excision of laryngeal contact granuloma by high-frequency electric snare under electronic nasopharyngoscopy were 16 cases,and the cure rate,effective rate and inefficiency were 80%,20% and 0%,respectively.Control group: the cure rate effective rate and ineffective rate of patients who were regularly reviewed for follow-up in the later stage: 0%,65% and 35%,respectively.Compared with the two groups,the treatment effect of electro snare resection of laryngeal contact granuloma under electronic laryngoscope in experimental group was significantly higher than that of drug treatment alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study found that the use of high-frequency electric snare under electronic nasopharyngoscopy to remove laryngeal contact granuloma surgically,postoperative adjuvant antacid treatment,shortened the treatment course of patients,improved the effective rate and healing rate of treatment,reduced the inefficiency,and immediately alleviated the clinical symptoms of patients,improved the quality of life of patients,and had good clinical promotion significance.
