Objective:To analyze the status and influencing factors of anxiety, depression and sleepdisorders in elderly patients with osteoporosis(OP)in Yan ’an Community and Mingzhu Community of Changchun City, and to provide theoretical basis for health education and negative emotional guidance for clinical nurses in Yan ’an Community and Mingzhu Community of Changchun City.Method:In Yan ’an Community and Mingzhu Community of Changchun City,a total of 140 elderly OP patients treated from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected to collect patient data through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was filled out by the patients themselves, and the patients who could not fill out the questionnaire by themselves were given oral information, and the questionnaires were filled out by the questionnaire giver after the patients answered. The contents of the questionnaire were general information of the patients, including age, gender, education, marital status, occupation, economic status, smoking, alcoholism, history of bone pain,self-care ability, nutrition status, medical expenditure mode, etc. The measurement tools selected were Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMA).HAMD and Pottsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis of the survey results, and Chi-square test was used for balanced comparison of the general information of the study subjects. Then, univariate analysis was used to analyze the relationship between all factors and anxiety, depression and sleep disorders.Multiple linear regression analysis was performed for the factors with statistical significance in univariate analysis, and the OR value and 95%CI were calculated.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation degree of anxiety, depression and sleep disorders, and P<0.05 was considered as significant difference.P>0.05 was not statistically significant.Result:Among 140 elderly OP patients,30 cases(21.43%)were depressed,29 cases(20.71%)were mild to moderate depression, and 1 case(0.71%)was severe depression. There were 68 anxious patients(48.57%),of which 52 were mild anxious(37.14%),15 were moderate anxious(10.71%),and 1 was severe anxious(0.71%).Depression and anxiety were found in 28 patients(20.00%).In terms of sleep quality,a total of 112patients(80.00%)had sleep disorders, including 56 cases(40.00%)of mild sleep disorders,52 cases(37.14%)of moderate sleep disorders, and 4 cases(2.86%)of severe sleep disorders.Age,family per capita monthly income, marital status, education level, bone pain history, nutrition status,self-care ability and medical payment method had significant differences on anxiety in elderly OP patients(P<0.05).Age,family per capita monthly income, bone pain history, nutritional status,self-care ability and medical payment method had significant differences in depression of elderly OP patients(P<0.05).Age,family per capita monthly income, education level, history of bone pain,self-care ability and medical payment method had significant differences on sleep disorders in elderly OP patients(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores(r=0.829,P<0.001),depression and sleep quality scores(r=0.557,P<0.001)were positively correlated and closely correlated, while anxiety and sleep quality scores(r=0.468,P<0.001)were positively correlated but not closely correlated.Conclusion:1.The incidence of anxiety and sleep disorders was higher in elderly OP patients in Yan ’an Community and Mingzhu Community of Changchun City,48.57% and80.00%,respectively.2.Univariate analysis showed that 13 of the 21 influencing factors included in this study had an impact on anxiety, depression and sleep disorders in elderly OP patients, including age,per capita monthly family income, smoking, pain site, marital status, educational level, occupation, history of bone pain, influence status,self-care ability,BMI,daily living ability, nutrition status,etc.3.Multivariate analysis showed that age, alcoholism, education level, history of bone pain, malnutrition, inability to take care of themselves and out-of-pocket medical expenses were factors influencing anxiety, depression and sleep disorders in elderly OP patients.4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that anxiety and depression scores, depression and sleep quality scores were positively correlated, and anxiety and sleep quality scores were positively correlated.
