| Community and home rehabilitation,as an important part of upper limb functional rehabilitation, requires upper limb functional assessment to help stroke patients understand their condition, and at the same time provide an important basis for their rehabilitation training and treatment. However, there is a lack of accurate assessment methods in the current community and family environment, and the traditional upper limb function assessment is boring and needs to be carried out in the hospital, resulting in the lack of ecological validity of the assessment results and the inability to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of patients. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to provide convenient means of upper limb function assessment for the elderly. This study starts from the evolution characteristics of intelligent rehabilitation and the user characteristics of the elderly with upper limb dysfunction, seeks the starting points of user space, physical space and information space in the field of upper limb function evaluation, and proposes the dynamics, mechanism, and mechanism of somatosensory games based on flow theory Component element design methods to prolong flow effects, create flow conditions, and maintain flow experience.Based on the proposed design method,Kinect is selected as the input device, and a somatosensory game with the theme of cat and mouse is designed and developed according to the four actions of traditional upper limb function evaluation, and eight game indicators are set for evaluation.Through experiments in real-life environments,we focused on the effectiveness of game indicators in evaluating upper limb function and the sensitivity of screening upper limb dysfunction, explored the usability and user experience of somatosensory games, and studied how to ensure the effectiveness of the evaluation.,compared with the traditional upper limb function evaluation, the improvement of the physiological and psychological state of the user in the process of participating in the somatosensory game. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)In the somatosensory game for upper limb function evaluation, the four game indicators, the difference in the length of the circular movement route, the difference in the length of the square movement route, the stability of a single position, and the average speed, are significantly correlated with the scores of the traditional upper limb function evaluation, which can effectively evaluate the elderly A comprehensive indicator of the functional status of the upper limbs.(2)In the upper limb function evaluation somatosensory game for the elderly with upper limb dysfunction, the four game indicators of circular motion route length difference, square motion route length difference, single position stability, and average speed were significantly higher than those of ordinary elderly people.Sensitivity of screening for upper extremity dysfunction.(3)The design practice guided by the game element design method of upper limb function evaluation based on flow theory has a high usability rating, which brings users a better game experience and significantly improves the fatigue, discomfort,Mental and physical states of dullness and low willingness to evaluate.(4)The introduction of somatosensory interaction technology into the assessment of upper limb function enriches the assessment tools for the elderly with upper limb dysfunction and provides a wider choice for the assessment of upper limb function of patients.Follow-up will conduct in-depth research in user space, physical space, and information space to effectively alleviate the shortage of medical resources and improve the ecological validity of the evaluation results. |
