Objective:To analyze the common risk factors of RVO patients in the Bai nationality area of Dali, and to understand the doctors’ understanding of the relationship between stroke and RVO.Methods:This paper adopts cross-sectional research. We selected 120 patients(120eyes,all of whom were monocular)who were first diagnosed as RVO after ophthalmic examination from June 2021 to September 2022 in the ophthalmology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University as the RVO group(experimental group),and130 patients(130 eyes)who matched the sex and age of the RVO group at the same time period in the health examination center of our hospital as the control group.According to the site of RVO obstruction,120 patients with RVO were divided into BRVO group and CRVO group for comparison. The two groups were compared in gender, age, best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),presence or absence of neck plaque and neck stenosis, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of hyperlipidemia, history of glaucoma, history of stroke, history of myocardial infarction, overweight and obesity, history of smoking, history of drinking alcohol, and blood lipid indicators: total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)Is there any difference between high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and body mass index(BMI).In addition,The Multidisciplinary Questionnaire on Stroke and RVO was distributed to doctors in multiple departments to sort out and analyze the questionnaire data,so as to check the relevant survey questions and fill in the gaps.Part I:1.Compare the differences between the RVO group and the control group in the above risk factors;2.Compare whether there are differences among the above risk factors between BRVO group and CRVO group. The second part: designed the Multidisciplinary Questionnaire on Stroke and RVO in combination with the purpose of the study, conducted a questionnaire survey on the importance of the diagnosis, treatment and education of common risk factors related to stroke and RVO among ophthalmologists and multidisciplinary doctors, and sorted out the survey data to analyze whether there are deficiencies in the diagnosis, treatment and education related to stroke and RVO in Dali Bai nationality region. Results: Part 1: 1.There was no statistical significance in sex,age and IOP between the RVO group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance in BCVA(P<0.05);2.Among many risk factors, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the RVO group and the control group in terms of glaucoma history, drinking history and HDL-C,but there was statistical significance(P<0.05)in terms of hypertension history, diabetes history, hyperlipidemia history, stroke history, myocardial infarction history, overweight and obesity, smoking history, and blood lipid indicators:TC,TG,LDL-C,and BMI;3.There was no statistical significance between BRVO group and CRVO group in terms of gender, age,BCVA,IOP and all risk factors studied in this study(P>0.05).The second part: On the one hand, the survey data of 39 ophthalmologists were analyzed. In terms of relevant examinations, only 9 patients with RVO were allowed to have craniocerebral vascular examination, accounting for 25% of the total, with the lowest number; In terms of diet education, only 12 ophthalmologists will tell RVO patients to control animal visceral food, accounting for 37.5%.On the other hand,by analyzing the survey data of 137 doctors, only 56 people believed that stroke was associated with RVO,accounting for 40.9% of the total number of doctors.Of these 56 people, only 11 people said they would often carry out health education for patients, accounting for only 8% of the total number of doctors, and 111 people would never carry out health education for patients, accounting for 81% of the total number of doctors.Conclusion:1.The most common risk factors of RVO patients in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture are hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes.2.The occurrence of RVO is related to the formation of carotid artery plaque and the change of carotid artery stenosis.Color Doppler ultrasound of neck vessels has a very good guiding role in clinical practice for RVO patients.3.Most doctors have a serious lack of understanding of the correlation and early warning of stroke and RVO.
