Research On Grassroots Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration Management

"We should attach equal importance to traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and promote the complementary and coordinated development of traditional Chinese and Western medicine." On February 26,2016,The State Council issued the Outline of the Strategic Plan for the Development of TCM(2016-2030).On October 25,2016,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Outline of Healthy China 2030 Plan.The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine on December 25,2016 clearly points out the significance of developing the cause of traditional Chinese medicine,and also has a clear positioning for the inheritance and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture.In particular,the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine is China’s first comprehensive law that comprehensively and systematically reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,covering ten aspects,which is of epoch-making significance for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.On October 20,2019,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Promoting the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine is not only the essence of traditional Chinese culture,but also a life science.Our ancestors accumulated rich knowledge of fighting against diseases in the process of fighting against nature for a long time,forming a unique culture of traditional Chinese medicine.After thousands of years of development,Chinese medicine has a complete theoretical system.If we use a set of theories and knowledge managed by Western medicine to guide the work of Chinese medicine,it will inevitably lead the cause of Chinese medicine astray.Only by managing TCM according to its own development law can we promote the development of TCM.The development of TCM is not only the demand of the people,but also the need of building a socialist medical and health service with Chinese characteristics.It is of great significance to our country and the world medical development.In my daily TCM work,I deeply realize that the foundation of TCM development lies at the grassroots level.Without the management of grassroots TCM,TCM career will become disorganized.TCM management is generally divided into medical administration management,administrative supervision,health community management,information management and other activities to organize TCM undertakings.This paper takes TCM administration management at the grassroots level as the research object,studies the current situation of TCM administration at the grassroots level,analyzes how the health administration department manages TCM undertakings,and further discusses the effectiveness and shortcomings of Y District in TCM management process.It is helpful to deepen the understanding of grassroots TCM medical management issues,grasp the development direction scientifically,effectively improve the level of medical services,and promote the healthy and vigorous development of TCM cause.The research content of this paper mainly includes four parts,the first part of the basic concept.The second part is to analyze the content and effect of TCM medical administration.The third part finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to find out feasible ways to solve the existing problems.
