Object: By observing the differences of physiological indexes, routine blood indexes, biochemical metabolism and serum enzyme indexes, serum inflammatory cytokines among plateau acclimatization, plateau de-acclimatization and plain populations,in order to evaluate the effects of plateau hypoxic environment on human blood system, biochemical metabolism and immune function, and the adaptive changes of human function in plateau hypoxic environment. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,816 young people who immigrated to the plateau for 6 months to 1 year,810 young people who left the plateau and returned to the plain for about 2 months and 812 young people in the plain during the same period were included in the study. They were divided into the plateau, the returning to the plain and the plain group. The general data, height, weight, blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation of each group were collected.According to the requirements of the test items, fasting venous blood was collected. The blood routine, blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid, liver and kidney function as well as myocardial enzyme indexes were detected by automatic blood analyzer and biochemical analyzer.A total of 14 serum inflammatory cytokines including IL-1β,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,IL-12p70,IL-17 A,IL-17 F,IL-22,TNF-α,TNF-β and IFN-γ were screened by multiple microsphere flow immunofluorescence luminescence method to screening the differentially expressed factors. The expression level of differential cytokines in each group were verified by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with expanded sample size. Results: These three groups included in this study were non-self-control subjects, all of whom were young people. There was no significant difference in age, gender, height, weight or body mass index(P>0.05).Compared with other two groups, the diastolic blood pressure and pulse of the plateau group were higher, and the blood oxygen saturation was lower(P<0.05).The red blood cells, hemoglobin and mean hemoglobin in the plateau group and the returning to the plain group were higher than those in the plain group, and the plateau group was the highest(P<0.05).The white blood cells, lymphocytes and monocytes and mean red blood cell volume in the plateau group were higher than those in the other two groups, and the neutrophils was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the plain group, the platelets in the plateau group and the returning to the plain group were both lower(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of hemoglobin in plain group, plateau group and returning to the plain group were 0.98%,79.41% and 11.85% respectively. The total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase in the plateau group and the returning to the plain group were higher than those in the plain group(P<0.05).The total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase and lactate dehydrogenase in the plateau group were the highest, and the uric acid, alanine aminotransferase and creatine kinase in the returning to the plain group were the highest(P<0.05).The total protein, albumin, globulin and high-density lipoprotein in the plateau group and the returning to the plain group were lower than those in the plain group(P<0.05).The triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in the plain group were the highest, and the creatinine in the plateau group was the highest, the glucose was the lowest(P<0.05).The total cholesterol level of returning to the plain group was the lowest,γ-glutamyl transferase and alkaline phosphatase were the highest(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of uric acid in the plain group, the plateau group and the returning to the plain group were 21.18%,25.85% and 38.03%,the abnormal rates of creatine kinase were 3.82%,17.40% and 29.38%,and the abnormal rates of lactate dehydrogenase were 3.45%,25.98% and6.91% respectively.Compared with the plain group, the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-17 A in the plateau group were the highest,IL-6 and IL-8 in the returning to the plain group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the plateau group,IL-6 and IL-17 A in the returning to the plain group were lower, those differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: A number of blood system, biochemical metabolism, serum enzyme levels and levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-6,IL-8,IL-17 A have changed in young people who immigrated to the plateau for6 months to 1 year. There are still some indexes of young people who have returned to the plains for about 2months from the plateau failed to recover to the level of young people in plains.Indicating that plateau hypoxia could affect human metabolic function for a long time, and induce inflammatory response at the same time. |
