Objective:Statistical analysis of the current status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in Guangde City and observation of the effectiveness of high-dose combination therapy. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 4500 patients who underwent 14 C breath test at our outpatient clinic from March 2021 to February 2022.The age, gender, marital status, lifestyle habits, and disease history of the patients were investigated, and the incidence of Helicobacter pylori infection in the patients was summarized and analyzed. The patients were divided into groups according to their voluntary choice of treatment method at that time.Among them,812 patients in the control group received quadruple therapy,994 patients who received high-dose combination therapy were selected as the observation group, and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results: Out of 4500 patients,1889(41.98%)were Hp positive, and 1806 patients completed Hp eradication treatment(dual and quadruple therapy)and follow-up visits.Univariate analysis showed that age, lifestyle habits, and disease history were the influencing factors for Hp infection(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the eradication rate of Hp infection between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hp infection is related to age, lifestyle habits, and past disease history.High dose dual therapy can be used as a first-line treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection. This method has fewer adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
