Objective: As a substitute needle for traditional acupuncture and moxibustion in modern development, laser acupuncture and moxibustion has been used more and more widely for its own unique advantages. However, the relationship between the intervention effect of laser irradiation on the acupoint on the target organ and the stimulating effect of traditional hand acupuncture is still unclear. This subject takes the intervention effect of Zusanli point on the stomach organs as the research object, and studies whether long-term laser irradiation under different powers can produce different intervention effects on the acupoint target organs. It is evaluated through the infrared thermal imaging atlas of the stomach region, and compared with the intervention effect of the hand acupuncture method,so as to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the clinical application of laser acupuncture in the treatment of diseases. Methods: Thirty healthy subjects were selected as subjects at bilateral Zusanli point, and divided into one group according to the different reinforcing and purging techniques and stimulation parameters of hand needle and laser needle: hand needle twisting and replenishing group(frequency 60 times /min);Group 2: hand needle twisting and purging group(frequency 120 times /min);3 groups: Qi control group;4 groups: laser needle long time low power group(30min,50 m W);Group 5: laser needle long time high power group(30min,200 m W).There were 30 people in each group of the above 5 stimulation groups, that is,all of them used the self-controlled research method. Each person received the above5 groups of operations 3 times, respectively. In each experiment, infrared thermal imager was used to measure the changes of the epigastric skin temperature at resting state, immediate stimulation,10 min,20min and 30 min, respectively, and the data were analyzed statistically.Results:1.Different methods of stimulation of Zusanli point have different effects on the change of epigastric skin temperature, among which group 1(frequency 60 times /min),Group 3(qi extraction),group 4(50m W)and Group 5(200m W)showed warming effect after implementation, and group 2(frequency 120 times /min)showed cooling effect after implementation.2.Within 10 minutes and 20 minutes, high power laser irradiation at Zusanli point has a greater impact on the skin temperature change in the epigastric region, the effect is faster, and the temperature rise range is higher than that of low power laser; After 20 minutes, the warming effect of high power laser showed a decreasing trend, and the temperature change was gradually lower than that of low power laser, but still higher than that immediately after laser irradiation. The effect of low power laser on the epigastric skin temperature changes showed a continuous warming effect, and the warming amplitude decreased gradually in each phase. At 30 minutes, there was a significant difference in temperature change between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.After 20 minutes of operation, there was no significant difference between the skin temperature change caused by the intervention of 50 m W low power laser and that caused by hand needle twist and repair at the same time(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in temperature change between 200 m W high power laser and hand-needle twist and repair for 10 minutes(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.There are differences in the intervention effects of laser acupuncture on stomach caused by high power output and low power output under long-term irradiation at Zusanli Point.2.Laser acupuncture stimulation of Zusanli point on the stomach can achieve the heating effect similar to the hand needle twisting and replenishing method,respectively:50m W low power laser irradiation for 20 minutes; When the 200 m W high power laser irradiated for 10 minutes, there was no significant difference between the infrared thermal imaging maps of the two methods and that of the hand needle twist and complement method(frequency 60 times /min)for 20 minutes.3.Low power laser has a continuous heating effect on the epigastric skin during long time irradiation, and the heating effect is gradually better than that of hand needle with the extension of time. The effect of high power laser on the warming effect of the gastric epigastric skin is faster and more significant.Within 20 minutes, its warming effect is better than that of hand needle. |
