Clinical Obeservation On Qingjie Xiaoji Decoction In The Treatment Of Children’s Chronic Tonsillitis(Internal Heat Type Of Food Product)

Objective: Through the clinical study of Qingjie Xiaoji Decoction in the treatment of children with food accumulation and internal heat type chronic tonsillitis,its safety and effectiveness were evaluated,providing new methods and ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children’s chronic tonsillitis.Methods: A total of 60 children who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for chronic tonsillitis in children and were classified as food accumulation and internal heat type according to TCM syndrome differentiation were collected.The cases were all from children who visited the headquarters of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the pediatric outpatient department of the Second Department of Economic Development from March 2021 to March 2022.In this study,60 children were divided into treatment group and control group in equal proportion using a random number table method,with 30 children in each group.The children in the treatment group were given Qingjie Xiaoji Decoction oral treatment,and the children in the control group were given Jianer Qingjie liquid combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid treatment.Two groups of children were treated with two weeks as a course of treatment,observe the clinical manifestations of the two groups of children before and after the treatment with correspoding treament schemes,and the children were followed up once six months after the end of the experiment,and the number of disease recurrence was recorded.During the duration of the experiment,the data were recorded in detail and the TCM syndrome integral rating table was filled in.After data analysis using SPSS25.0statistical software,it is concluded that to accurately and objectively the curative effect of treatment.This experiment during and after the treatment have two groups of children to keep diet and lifestyle,pay attention to light diet,cooking oil Fried,less sweet food of high quantity of heat,two hours before sleeping,you don’t eat in order to ensure that can accurately reflect the drug efficacy.Results:In this experimental study,a total of three cases fell out during the treatment and follow-up process,and a total of 57 cases actually completed the study.There were 29 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.After one course of treatment the total effective rate of the disease in the treatment group was: 89.66%,while the control group was: 64.29%.The treatment effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The treatment group’s relapse rate score for 6 months after treatment changed from3.069+0.961 before treatment to 0.966±0.906,while the control group changed from3.107±0.875 before treatment to1.714±1.013,indicating that Qingjie Xiaoji Decoction can reduce the relapse rate of pediatric Chronic tonsillitis and is superior to the control group.There was no adverse reaction in the course of the clinical study in both groups.Conclusion : Qingjie Xiaoji Decoction in the treatment of children’s Chronic tonsillitis(food accumulation heat type)clinical treatment effect is clear,the treatment group is better than the control group in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes efficacy,clinical efficacy,reducing disease recurrence and other aspects,and the long-term efficacy is good,and there are no adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion clinical and application.
