Clinical Observation Of Add Or Subtract Qianyang Fengsui Dan In The Treatment Of Peripheral Menopause Syndrome (Kidney Deficiency Of Yin And Yang)

Objective:To study the clinical effect of add or subtract Qianyang Fengsui Dan in the treatment of postmenopausal syndrome with deficiency of kidney and Yin and Yang.By observing,before and after treatment,the improvement of symptoms and sex hormone levels in the treatment group(add or subtract Qianyang Fengsui Dan)and the control group(Cistanche Yishen granules),the feasibility,safety and effectiveness of add or subtract Qianyang Fengsui Dan were verified.Methods:72 patients meeting the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(add or subtract Qianyang Fengsui Dan)and the control group(Cistanche Yishen granules).During the course of the disease,3 cases and 4 cases were shed in the treatment group and the control group,respectively,and 65 cases were finally observed.After 8 weeks of treatment,the improvement of symptoms and sex hormones were analyzed by statistical software,and the intra-group and inter-group changes were compared before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of add or subtract Qianyang Fengsui Dan in the treatment of the deficiency of kidney and Yin and Yang type postmenopausal syndrome was analyzed.Results:Treatment group:the total effective rate was 87.88%;Control group:the total effective rate was 81.25%.Both groups had good curative effect,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement of single symptom of TCM,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the aspects of sometimes hot flashes sweating and chills,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue,dizziness and tinnitus,insomnia and dreaminess(P<0.05);The FSH and LH decreased in both groups,and the improvement was better in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The add or subtract Qianyang Fengsui Dan in the treatment of postmenopausal syndromes(Kidney deficiency of Yin and Yang)was effective,can effectively relieve related symptoms,improve FSH and LH levels,and there was no obvious discomfort during the administration,which had positive significance for women to pass the perimenopause smoothly and improved the quality of life.
