| Objective: This paper analyzes the curative effect and data mining of Professor Mu Zong Yi’s medical records in treating young and middle-aged patients with hypertension,summarizes the law of drug use,refines the core prescription,and explores its action mechanism through network pharmacology,so as to provide new ideas for clinical drug use and new drug development.Methods: The data of young and middle-aged hypertensive patients who were treated in the outpatient clinic of Professor Mu Zong Yi of the affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2022 were collected,filtered and sorted into the Excel form,and the database was established.SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the effectiveness,and the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform was used to summarize the law of drug use.The network pharmacology research method was used to analyze the core drug combination,and screen its main effective components,action targets and biological pathways.The network pharmacology research method was used to analyze the core drug combination and screen its main effective components,action targets and biological pathways.Results:1.A total of 204 young and middle-aged patients with hypertension were included in this study,with a total effective rate of 76.96%.The difference in blood pressure before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference in blood pressure was statistically significant with age,course of disease and blood pressure classification(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between blood pressure difference and gender(P > 0.05).2.Among the 157 effective cases,the most common syndromes were yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome;clinical drugs were mainly attributed to the liver meridian;four qi were mainly cold;five flavors were bitter;the main effects of high-frequency drugs were calming the liver and hidden yang and removing blood stasis;10 groups of commonly used drugs were obtained through the analysis of association rules.Six groups of traditional Chinese medicine groups were obtained by cluster analysis:C1: Fructus Aurantii,tortoise shell,substitute ochre,white peony,Ophiopogon,toosendan,Radix scrophulariae,C2: mother of pearl,semen Raphani;C3: Prunella vulgaris,Achyranthes bidentata,Chong Weizi,Yin Chen,keel,oyster;C4: Chuanxiong,Reed;C5:Amomum,Astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,C6: Salvia miltiorrhiza,cicada,Bombyx mori,Yujin,Poria,alisma,calamus,tangerine peel,bamboo ru,seaweed,Kunbu.Core drug composition: Prunella vulgaris,Achyranthes bidentata,Fructus Rehmanniae,wormwood,keel,oyster,semen Raphani.3.Through the network pharmacological analysis,43 effective chemical components of the core prescription,349 active components and 1253 disease targets were obtained.Through GO and KEGG analysis,185 molecular functions,1864 biological processes,82 cellular components and 198 biological pathways were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Mou Zongyi is effective in the treatment of youth and middle-aged hypertension,and the antihypertensive effect is related to age,course of disease,blood pressure classification and other factors,but has nothing to do with gender.2.Among the young and middle-aged patients with hypertension treated by Professor Mou Zongyi,the most common TCM syndromes are yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and phlegm and blood stasis syndromes.The key to the pathogenesis is liver and kidney imbalance,toxic injury of blood collaterals,treatment should adjust liver and kidney yin and yang,remove phlegm,remove blood stasis and dredge collaterals,and protect spleen and stomach.The core prescription drugs are Prunella vulgaris,Achyranthes bidentata,Fructus Rehmanniae,wormwood,keel,oyster and semen Raphani.3.Network pharmacological analysis shows that the effective components in the core prescription may play the therapeutic role of antioxidant stress,protection of vascular endothelium,anti-inflammatory reaction,blood circulation and lipid metabolism by regulating PI3K-Akt signal pathway,AGE-RAGE signal pathway,fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis signal pathway,calcium signal pathway,neuro-active ligand-receptor interaction signal pathway and so on. |
