| Objective:To observe the effects of Wumei pills on cardiac and renal function in patients with cardio-renal syndrome,in order to provide a more effective and safe treatment for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 72 patients diagnosed with CRS were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into two groups,36 patients in the experimental group and 36 patients in the control group.The control group was given Western basic treatment,including diuretics,ACEI/ARB/ARNI,β-blockers,cardiotonic drugs,etc.Patients with diabetes mellitus were given subcutaneous injection of insulin aspartate to control blood sugar,and the dosage was adjusted according to blood sugar to control infection,correct anemia,electrolyte disturbance and acid-base imbalance.Experimental group was given Western medicine basic plus Wumei pill,drug composition:Wumei 30g,dried ginger 15g,prepared aconite 10g,Coptidis 6g,Phellodendron phellodendron l0g,cassia twig 15g,asarum 3g,angelica 20g,Sichuan pepper 5g,codonopsis 30g,keel 20g,oyster 20g,and mother Wort 30g,150 ml each time,2 days later,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.All patients were prepared oral Chinese medicine by the pharmacy of our hospital.The changes of NT-proBNP,Scr,BUN,LVD,LVEF,Minnesota quality of life score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups were observed.The number of patients entering dialysis,the number of re-hospitalizations and the number of deaths were counted.Results:1.A total of 72 patients were included in the experiment according to the regulations,among which 1 patient in the control group had poor compliance and failed to timely return to the clinic,so it was dropped off,and 71 patients finally completed clinical observation.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the change of TCM syndrome score was analyzed:the clinical cure rate of the experimental group was 0,the significant efficiency was 41.67%,the effective rate was 44.44%,the ineffective rate was 13.89%,and the total effective rate was 86.11%;In the control group,the clinical cure rate was 0,the significant efficiency was 25.0%,the effective rate was 38.89%,the ineffective rate was 33.33%,and the total effective rate was 65.71%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment.NT-proBNP,Scr,BUN decreased in experimental group(P<0.05),Scr,BUN increased in control group(P<0.05).4.After 4 weeks of treatment,there were no differences in LVEF and LVD between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were no significant changes between the two groups.5.Minnesota quality of life score before and after treatment decreased from 63.4±7.8 to 32.8±5.9 in the experimental group and from 68.7±8.4 to 51.2±6.6 in the control group.The decrease in the experimental group was significant,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).6.During the follow-up period after discharge,there was a statistical difference in the readmission rate between the two groups(P<0.05),and the readmission rate of the experimental group was lower.There were 4 patients in the experimental group and 5 patients in the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of deaths between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Wumei Pill has an obvious effect on reducing the TCM symptoms of patients with cardio-renal syndrome,especially on fatigue,chest tightness(pain)and shortness of breath.2,can improve the heart,kidney function,reduce the number of re-hospitalization,improve the quality of life.3.It has good security. |
