Clinical Efficacy Of Zhenwu Decoction Combined With Shengxian Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure Of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To compare the efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Shengjin Decoction combined with Western medicine and simple western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,verify the effectiveness of Zhenwu decoction combined with Shengjin decoction,and further confirm the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.Methods:From December 2021 to October 2022,patients diagnosed with chronic heart failure consistent with syndrome differentiation of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency were enrolled in the outpatient and treatment area of Heart Disease Department of Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The 72 patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=36)and control group(n=36),all of which were given basic treatment with Western medicine.Basic treatment includes perindopril or candesartan,metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets,spironolactone.The treatment group was given Zhenwu Decoction combined with Shengjin decoction plus or minus basic treatment,and both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.LVEF,NT-ProBNP,6MWD,NYHA cardiac function grades and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,and SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis to verify the effectiveness and safety of Zhenwu decoction combined with Shengjin decoction.Results: There were no shedding cases in the two groups,and 36 cases were collected in each group.After 4 weeks of treatment,Zhenwu Decoction combined with Shenglu Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type heart failure,which not only increases the ejection fraction of the heart,reduces the physical and chemical indexes of heart failure,but also increases the walking distance,alleviating the asthma,fatigue and other symptoms caused by heart failure.1、two groups of patients after treatment were raise LVEF value,but the experimental group increases larger,comparison between groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),proving that the experimental group can improve the ejection fraction.2.After treatment,6MWD value could be increased in both groups,but the increase amplitude of the experimental group was greater,and the comparison between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which proved that the test group could increase the range of motion more.3.Two groups of patients after treatment reduced the value of NT-ProBNP,but the experimental group reduced more,after treatment between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),proving that the experimental group can reduce the physical and chemical indicators of heart failure.4.The NYHA cardiac function grading effective rate was 86.1% in the experimental group and 63.9% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group was more able to reduce the cardiac function grading.5.After treatment,the total TCM syndrome score could be reduced in both groups,but the experimental group had a greater reduction,and there was statistical significance between the groups after treatment(P < 0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was88.9%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.Proved that the experimental group was more able to reduce the symptoms of TCM.6.After treatment,the scores of single TCM syndrome could be reduced in both groups,but the reduction range was greater in the experimental group,and there was statistical significance between the groups after treatment(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect was better in the experimental group.7、There were no normal safety indexes before treatment and no abnormal ones due to treatment.No abnormal safety indexes were found in the two groups,indicating that the drug was safe to use.Conclusion: Zhenwu Decoction combined with Shengjin Decoction has significant therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,which can effectively increase walking distance,reduce NT-ProBNP,and effectively improve TCM symptoms,which is worth clinical reference.
