Objective: To analyze the risk factors of diabetic kidney disease, establish risk score table and explore the correlation between risk score of type 2 diabetes. Methods:A total of 396 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in the outpatient and treatment areas of the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism Diseases of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November2021,196 patients without diabetic kidney disease were classified as NDKD group, and 200 patients with diabetic kidney disease were classified as DKD group.A unified database is established for all patients by Excel form, and the method of one input and one check is adopted.Statistical analysis of the data was performed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression in the SPSS21.0 software. Results: 1.P<0.05 between the DKD group and NDKD groups in smoking history, diabetic retinopathy,BMI and uric acid, indicating that there were more smoking patients, diabetic retinopathy patients and higher body mass index and uric acid in the DKD group and NDKD group. There was no significant difference in P>0.05 for gender, alcohol consumption history, family history of diabetes, and Hb A1 c.2.The difference between the DKD group and the NDKD group was statistically significant in terms of age, disease duration, systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure difference, fasting glucose, total cholesterol, and triglyceride levels P<0.05,indicating that patients in the DKD group had higher age, disease duration, systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure difference, fasting glucose, total cholesterol, and triglyceride levels than those in the NDKD group;while diastolic blood pressure,HDL cholesterol, and LDL cholesterol levels between the two groups were P<0.05.The difference between the two groups in diastolic blood pressure,HDL cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels was not statistically significant at P<0.05.3.In order to further determine the risk factors for DKD,binary logistic regression analysis analyzed the statistically different factors. The results showed that smoking history, history of diabetic retinopathy, duration,BMI,systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, uric acid OR values were 2.148,2.790,1.090,1.478,1.032,1.071,1 and 1.858,and P values were less than 0.05,which were risk factors for diabetic kidney disease. The area below the ROC curve AUC = 0.797,demonstrating some accuracy of screening.4.Calculate the risk score of patients with type 2 diabetes according to the risk score table. The results showed that the average risk score of patients with Yin deficiency, spleen deficiency,qi and Yin and Yang deficiency was 93.17,104.67,94.47 and 108.66.The average score of patients with blood stasis syndrome, phlegm syndrome and turbidity syndrome was103.6,102 and 105.7.Conclusion: 1.The history of smoking, sugar mesh disease history, disease duration,BMI,systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, and uric acid are risk factors for diabetic kidney disease. With a history of smoking and sugar network, the longer the course of the disease, the higher BMI,systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, uric acid, the more likely to be complicated with diabetic kidney disease.2.Smoking history, diabetic retinopathy,BMI,uric acid, age, course of disease, systolic blood pressure, differential pulse pressure, fasting blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides were related to the onset of diabetic kidney disease, among which the history of smoking, history of sugar network, course of disease,BMI,systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and uric acid are risk factors for diabetic kidney disease. With a history of smoking and sugar network, the longer the course of the disease, the higher BMI,systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, uric acid, the more likely to be complicated with diabetic kidney disease.
