| This study aims to explore the risk factors of knee injury in landing stage of jumping difficult movements of competitive Tai Chi athletes, provide theoretical and practical suggestions for knee injury prevention of competitive Tai chi athletes, and improve the scientific nature of jumping difficult movements training. In this paper,46 athletes specialized in Taijiquan were selected as questionnaire survey objects,and15 athletes(7 males,8 females)in Jiang Xi province were selected as experimental objects.By means of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey on knee injury, knee function score and Functional Movement Screen(FMS),lower quarter Y-balance test(YBT-LQ),Drop vertical jump test(DVJ)and the kinematics and surface electromyography experiments of Taijiquan jumping movements were conducted for athletes.Research results:1.The knee injury of competitive Tai Chi athletes is universal(76.09%),mainly concentrated in the right knee(57.14%),the main stage of injury is difficult movement training(62.86%),and the injury is mainly in the landing stage of jumping movement(57.14%).2.The total FMS score of the elite athletes was higher than that of the first and second athletes(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total score of FMS among different genders(p>0.05);There was no significant difference in FMS scores and total scores between the knee injury group and the non-injury group(p>0.05).3.YBT-LQ posterolateral distance difference greater than 4cm was significantly associated with knee injury(p<0.05),the distance difference between the posterior and lateral legs of the injured group was greater than that of the uninjured group(p<0.05).The standard value of posterior lateral distance of right lower limb in male was higher than that in female(p<0.05).4.In DVJ test, the knee valgus degree of female athletes was higher than that of male athletes(p<0.01);There was no significant difference in knee valgus degree between injured group and uninjured group(p>0.05).5.At the moment of landing in the landing stage, the knee flexion Angle in the injured group was lower than that in the uninjured group(p< 0.05);At the moment of maximum landing cushion, the Angle of knee and hip joint of female was greater than that of male(p<0.01);The movement Angle of male knee joint was greater than that of female knee joint during the whole landing stage(p<0.01);The center of gravity position of male height was higher than female height(p<0.01).6.During the landing stage, the coordinated contraction of hamstring muscle relative to quadriceps muscle in the injured group was lower than that in the noninjured group(p<0.05),the degree of gluteus medius activation in females was less than that in males(p<0.05);In the DVJ one-leg landing test, the average EMG(AEMG)of biceps femoris in the injured limb was higher than that in the injured limb(p<0.05),the synergistic contraction of hamstring muscle on healthy side was higher than that on affected side(p<0.05).Research conclusion:1.Landing stage of jumping difficult movements is the main stage of right knee injury of competitive tai chi athletes.2.The total score and individual score of FMS are not sensitive to the injury assessment effect of competitive Tai Chi athletes, and the injury assessment threshold of FMS is different in different sports.3.The posterior lateral distance of YBT-LQ is correlated with the hip abductor group, and the weak hip abductor group of female and injured athletes may be the factor that increases the risk of knee injury. The 4cm difference between the posterior and lateral distance of the legs can be used as the critical value for the risk assessment of knee injury in Tai chi athletes.4.The degree of female knee valgus is higher than that of male, indicating that female athletes have a higher risk of knee injury.5.The landing strategies of female and injured athletes may be an important factor in the occurrence of knee injury, and the low height of female athletes in the air may increase the risk of knee injury.6.The low degree of synergistic contraction of the hamstring muscle in the injured group is an important factor to increase the risk of knee injury, indicating insufficient hamstring muscle strength or activation disorder. The lower degree of gluteus medius activation in females is an important factor for the lower posterolateral distance of YBT-LQ and the larger genu valgus in males. |
