| Objective:The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical efficacy of triple needling combined with needle warming therapy in the treatment of superior cluneal nerve entrapment syndrome of Qi-blood deficiency.Methods:72 patients with Qi and blood deficiency superior cluneal nerve entrapment syndrome were included in this study and randomly divided into 36 cases each in the triple needling combined with needle warming therapy and the general acupuncture group. The group was treated with triple needling at the Ashi-points together with warm acupuncture, while the group with general acupuncture was treated with general acupuncture only. Both groups were treated with the same acupuncture points once every other day,4 times a week, and 2weeks were considered as a course of treatment, and the VAS pain score and JOA lower back pain score before and after treatment were evaluated after 2 courses of treatment.Results:1.Pain level: After the treatment course, the pain level of both groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01),but the triple needling combined with needle warming therapy group was significantly better than the general acupuncture group(P < 0.01),indicating that the pain relief effect of triple needling combined with needle warming therapy was better.2.Lumbar function: After the course of treatment, the functional conditions of the lumbar in both groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P< 0.01),but the triple needling combined with needle warming therapy group was significantly better than the general acupuncture group(P < 0.01),indicating that the efficacy of triple needling combined with needle warming therapy group method in improving functional disorders was superior.3.Clinical efficacy: After the course of treatment,5 cases were cured,15 cases were obvious,10 cases were effective, and 3 cases were invalid in the triple needling combined with needle warming therapy group, with a total clinical efficacy of 90.91%;In the general acupuncture group,2 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,6cases were invalid in the general acupuncture group, with a total clinical efficacy of 82.35%.The clinical efficacy of the triple needling combined with needle warming therapy group was better than that of the general acupuncture group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Both triple needling combined with needle warming therapy and general acupuncture can effectively improve pain and lumbar spine dysfunction in patients with qi-blood deficient gluteal epiglottic nerve entrapment syndrome, but triple needling combined with needle warming therapy have more definite clinical efficacy in treating qi-blood deficient gluteal epiglottic nerve entrapment syndrome, which is characterized by positive deficiency and evil entry. |
