Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy With Dantong Tincture And Its Effect On Oxidative Stress

ObjectiveThis study uses Dantong Tincture and Epalrestat Tablets to treat patients with peripheral neuropathy of blood stasis diabetics,objectively and accurately evaluate whether it has achieved the symptoms and safety of patients with peripheral neuropathy with blood stasis type by affecting the level of oxidative stress index,and provide effective treatment methods and new treatment ideas for diabetic peripheral neuropathy in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods72 patients with peripheral neuropathy of blood stasis type diabetics who met the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.On the basis of conventional hypoglycemic treatment,the treatment group applied Dantong tincture and Epalrestat Tablets,and the control group took Epalrestat Tablets for a course of treatment for28 days.Patients with peripheral neuropathy of blood stasis type diabetics who meet the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Dantong Tincture and Epalrestat tablets.The control group was treated only with Epalrestat tablets.28 days as a course of treatment.The changes of TCSS score,TCM symptom integral,oxidative stress index(T-AOC,SOD,MDA)value,current sensory threshold and safety indicators before and after treatment were collected and observed,relevant data,statistically analyzed and concluded.Results(1)After treatment,both groups can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the TCM syndrome points,Toronto score,and Current perception threshold.The improvement of the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)After treatment,the SOD and T-AOC content increased in the two groups,the MDA content decreased(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant in the difference in TAOC content compared with the control group,the SOD and MDA content improved more obvious(P<0.05).(3)The vital signs of the two groups of patients were stable before and after treatment.There were no obvious abnormalities in the three major routines,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycated serum protein(P>0.05),and there were no adverse events in this study.Conclusion:Dantong Tincture combined with Epalrestat tablets can improve the efficacy of TCM syndrome in patients with peripheral neuropathy of blood stasis diabetics,reduce the syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine,and partial improvement oxidative stress index(T-AOC,SOD,MDA).I t has no obvious impact on the current sensory threshold,and has high safety and no obvious adverse reactions.It can provide a certain reference value for traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the future.
