Objective:By observing the efficacy of the powder with the effect of liver and spleen drainage to treat functional constipation in children(spleen deficiency and liver flourishing),evaluating its efficacy, and exploring the rationality of liver and spleen drainage for the treatment of constipation in children, then statistical analysis of the data, the research conclusion was drawn. It is hoped that this study can provide new ideas and scientific basis for the treatment of constipation in children, and expand the clinical dialectical thinking of constipation. Methods:In this study,62 children with pediatric constipation, spleen deficiency and liver flourishing syndrome were included.Taking the principle of randomization and control, and the children were divided into two groups,31 patients in each group.Free(XBP)for tutor outpatient service is commonly used in the treatment of pediatric functional constipation(spleen deficiency liver flourishing syndrome)prescription, will set it as the treatment of the study,at the same time will be clinically used in the treatment of constipation lactulose oral liquid(LOS)as a control group, after the group of two groups of children for lifestyle guidance, including lifestyle guidance diet adjustment, timing defecation, comfortable defecation environment, appropriate exercise,7 days for a course of treatment, two courses of continuous observation. The changes before and after treatment were evaluated by comparing the total points of TCM syndrome before and after treatment, and the main and secondary disease points, and the recurrence rate of constipation was recorded after 1 month after drug withdrawal.Data were entered using the EXCEL table, and the resulting results were deeply analyzed with the SPSS26.0software tool. Results:Excluding the detached and removed cases in this study,59 children finally completed the treatment within the specified time. The details are as follows:1.Comparison of basic data: After statistical analysis, the basic data between the treatment group and the control group were balanced and comparable.2.Comprehensive efficacy evaluation: After continuous observation of two courses, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.After statistical analysis,P>0.05,the difference showed no significant significance, indicating that the total efficacy of powder and lactulose oral solution was basically comparable.3.Comparison of total score of TCM syndrome: after treatment,XBP decreased the 3score with significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that XBP was better than LOS.4.Individual comparison of major diseases: after treatment,XBP was significantly better than LOS(P<0.01),and the two groups were equally effective in prolonged defecation interval, dry stool and difficult defecation(P> 0.05).5.Individual comparison of secondary diseases: after treatment, the difference was significant(P <0.01),indicating that XBP was significantly better than LOS,and the other symptoms / signs were not significantly different(P> 0.05).6.Safety: No adverse reactions were found in the children during the treatment of the study drug.7.Follow-up results: At follow-up 1 month after the end of treatment, the difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of XBP for functional constipation within 1 month of treatment was lower than LOS.Conclusions:1.The treatment of functional constipation in children with functional constipation is effective, which can effectively improve constipation and its accompanying symptoms, which indirectly shows that the method of liver thinning and spleen transportation in children with functional constipation and liver deficiency syndrome is effective, and has certain rationality.2.No adverse reactions were found in the use of the powder,so it can be preliminarily determined that it is safe for clinical application. |
