Investigation On The Relationship Between Five Elements Constitutions And Endometrial Factors Of Recurrent Implantation Failure

ObjectiveUnder the guidance of Huangdi Neijing,through the collection and statistical analysis of the relevant indicators of the research object,this topic intends to explore the relationship between the constitution of the five-shaped person and the factors of endometrium after repeated implantation failure,and to provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of the disease by combining the "holistic concept" of traditional Chinese medicine and the thought of "curing disease".MethodsFrom December 1,2021 to December 1,2022,150 patients meeting the inclusion criteria who met the inclusion criteria of the First affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine and the gynecological outpatient department and inpatient department of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to fill in the RIF endometrial factors questionnaire and the five-shape human body Constitution Assessment Scale.All the collected data were sorted out and analyzed,and the relationship between the constitution of pentagram and endometrial factors after repeated implantation failure was studied by statistical methods.Results1.Among 150 patients with repeated implantation failure,there were 39 cases(26.0%)of patients with water-shaped human constitution,32 cases(21.3%)of wood-shaped human constitution,30 cases(20.0%)of earth-shaped human constitution,26 cases(17.3%)of fire-shaped human constitution,23 cases(15.3%)of gold-shaped human constitution,indicating that patients with water-shaped human constitution were more.2.Among 150 patients with repeated implantation failure,patients aged 30-34 years were the most(42.0%);Most patients(82.7%)had normal BMI(18.5～24.0).Most patients(52.7%)had university or bachelor degrees.Most patients(53.3%)engaged in mental work;Most patients(73.3%)had menarche aged 12 to 14 years.Most patients(64.0%)had their menstrual period between 3 and 7 days.Most patients(81.3%)had menstrual cycles between 21 and 35 days.The patients with low menstrual volume were the most(40.0%);The number of patients with blood clots was the largest(64.6%),and the number of patients with little blood clots was the largest(24.0%).The most patients with dysmenorrhea(56.0%),and the most patients with mild dysmenorrhea(26.0%);Most patients had a history of pregnancy(87.3%),and most patients had two or three pregnancies(44.0%).Most patients(66.0%)had 0births.Most patients had a history of abortion(87.3%),and most patients had one abortion(27.3%).Most patients had a history of Qing Gong(63.3%),and most patients had one Qing Gong(22.7%).The number of transplant failures was the highest in patients(41.1%);The majority of patients had a history of intrauterine operations(70.7%),and the majority of patients had one and two intrauterine operations(25.3% and 25.7%).Most patients(50.0%)had endometrium thin(endometrial thickness < 7mm).Most patients(29.3%)had endometrial type B～C.Most patients had intrauterine adhesions(51.3%).Most patients(65.3%)had no endometrial polyps.Most patients with uterine fibroids(51.7%);Endometriosis was most common(63.3%);Most patients had endometritis(52.0%);The largest number of patients(73.3%)had no uterine diverticulum.3.There was a correlation between body constitution and age,town or not,menstrual volume,number of transplantation failure,endometrial thickness,endometrial shape,uterine adhesions,uterine fibroids,endometriosis and endometritis(P < 0.05).Among 150 patients with RIF,earth body constitution was more common in patients aged 25-29,fire body constitution was more common in patients aged30-34,and water body constitution was more common in patients aged 35-45.In urban patients,water body constitution is more common,followed by wood body constitution is more common,and gold body constitution is more common in non-urban patients.In patients with low menstrual volume,water body constitution is more common,while in patients with high menstrual volume,earth body constitution and fire body constitution are more common.Patients with transplantation failure for more than 4 times were more likely to have water body constitution.Patients with endometrial thickness < 7mm were found to have water-shaped human bodies,and those with endometrial thickness of 7-14 mm were found to have earth-shaped human bodies,and those with endometrial thickness of > 14 mm were found to have wood-shaped or gold-shaped human bodies.Type A,type A～B and type B were found to be fire-shaped people,while type B～C and type C were found to be water-shaped people.In the patients suffering from intrauterine adhesions,the body constitution of water-shaped man is more common,followed by that of wood-shaped man.In the patients suffering from uterine fibroids,water-shaped people are more common,followed by wood-shaped people.In patients with endometriosis,water-shaped people are more common,followed by wood-shaped people and earth-shaped people.In patients suffering from endometritis,water body constitution is more common,followed by wood body constitution is more common.There was no correlation between body mass index(BMI),education,occupation,age of menarche,menstrual period,cycle,menstrual clot,dysmenorrhea,pregnancy time,birth time,total number of abortion,number of uterine clearance,number of uterine operation,endometrial polyp and uterine diverticulum(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.The five-shape human constitution of repeated planting failure is the most common in water-shaped human constitution,followed by wood-shaped human constitution and earth-shaped human constitution.2.Among patients with repeated implantation failure,the most common group is:Age: 30～34 years old,normal BMI,bachelor degree,engaged in brain work,menarche age: 12～14 years old,menstruate,normal cycle,less menstrual cycle,less menstrual blood clots,mild dysmenorrhea,2～3 pregnancies,0 births,1 total abortion,1 clear palace,2 transplant failures,and 1～ 1 uterine operation Second time,endometrial thin,endometrial classification B～C,uterine adhesions,uterine fibroids,endometriosis,endometritis,no endometrial polyps,no uterine diverticulum.3.The constitution of five-shape people is correlated with age,town,menstrual volume,number of transplantation failures,endometrial thickness,endometrial shape,uterine adhesions,uterine fibroids,endometriosis and endometritis.
