Clinical Observation Of Modified Qianyang Fengsui Pills In The Treatment Of Mixed Cold And Heat Syndrome Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Qianyang Fengsui Pills in the treatment of mixed cold and heat syndrome of RA,and to provide a new safe and effective treatment method and drug for the treatment of RA by Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods A total of 72 patients with RA syndrome of cold and heat were collected in this study.The randomized controlled study method was used to divide 72 patients into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.In terms of treatment,both groups were treated with oral methotrexate,and the treatment group was treated with modified Qianyang Fengsui Pills on the basis of oral methotrexate,the course of treatment was 12 weeks.Basic vital signs,efficacy indicators,laboratory indicators and safety indicators were observed before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment and recorded in detail.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare all indicators before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Qianyang Fengsui Pills in the treatment of cold and heat syndrome of RA was evaluated according to the analysis results.Results Finally,a total of 66 patients completed the study: a total of 6 cases of the 72 patients included were shed,2 cases were shed or eliminated in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.1.Total effective rate of clinical efficacy: 88.24% in treatment group;78.13% of control group,and the curative effect of treatment group was more significant(P <0.05).2.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was 85.29% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group,and the curative effect of the two groups was better than that of the treatment group(P < 0.05).TCM syndrome score:TCM syndrome score indexes decreased in both groups;After treatment,the effect of treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05).3.Inflammation indicator C-reactive protein(CRP)and Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR): CRP and ESR indexes were significantly decreased in both groups.After treatment,the effect of treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05).4.Diagnostic indicators RF-Ig A,RF-Ig M,RF-Ig G,CCP: neither group could improve diagnostic indexes RF-Ig A,RF-Ig M,RF-Ig G,CCP,The comparison before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).5.Rest pain(VAS),patients’ overall assessment of their own condition(PGA),doctors’ overall assessment of patients’ condition(MDGA): The results of the comparison between the two groups showed that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).6.Number of swollen joints(SJC),number of tender joints(TJC)and DAS28score: The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group had better effect(P < 0.05).7.HAQ score and morning stiffness time: The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group had better effect(P < 0.05).8.Efficacy of ACR20: The efficacy of ACR20 was comparable between the two groups.9.Number of users and duration of acetolofenac tablets: The comparison between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05).10.Adverse reactions: There were mild adverse reactions in both groups,and the difference was not statistically significant after comparison(P > 0.05).11.Safety indicators of routine stool and electrocardiogram: No obvious abnormality was observed in two groups.Blood routine(WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT),liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,BUN,Cr): All indexes were not significantly abnormal before and after treatment,indicating that the safety of this experiment was high.Conclusiongs1.The curative effect of the treatment group(modified Qianyang Fengsui Pills +methotrexate)was significantly better than that of the control group(methotrexate).The treatment group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms,inflammatory indicators and disease activity of patients with RA syndrome of cold and heat disorder,and effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores.2.Modified Qianyang Fengsui Pills has a low rate of adverse reactions and few side effects in the treatment of RA patients with cold and heat syndrome.It is effective and safe,worthy of further study and promotion.
