Aiming at the needs of tumor localization in preoperative planning for liver tumor resection,the research content and technical route of this thesis are proposed in view of the inaccuracy of ultrasound localization of liver tumor in liver tumor resection at this stage.The calculation and visualization of liver tumor margin in preoperative planning was carried out,including the calculation and visualization of tumor point cloud convex clad surface,tumor convex hull expansion surface calculation and visualization,liver tumor tumor expansion surface normal calculation and point cloud segmentation algorithm,liver tumor margin surface point cloud design calculation and greedy triangulation algorithm related technology research,for this thesis,based on Visual Studio and Qt platform to develop a computational surgery software for preoperative planning,finally,The physician carried out a trial application of liver tumor margin calculation in the preoperative planning software.
