Objective:By studying the relationship between lipid metabolism and bone densitythe,and summarize distribution law of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types of senile women osteoporosis and exploring the correlation between each syndrome type and lipid metabolism indexes,this topic provides reference value for the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods:Senile osteoporosis in women patients(age≥70 years old)admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on all patients.A total of 400 patients were included in this study after TCM syndrome differentiation excluded cases that did not meet the inclusion criteria.The TCM syndromes of senile osteoporosis were analyzed statistically.The groups were grouped according to TCM syndrome types,and the triglyceride,total cholesterol,High-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein and body mass index(BMI)related lipid metabolism indexes and bone mineral density indexes of all patients were collected to analyze the correlation between lipid metabolism indexes and bone mineral density of different TCM syndrome types.Results:1.By Multiple linear regression analysis senile women osteoporosis patient’s triglyceride,total cholesterol were negatively correlated with bone mineral density,P<0.05.High density lipoprotein was positively correlated with bone density,P<0.05.Low density lipoprotein and BMI was not significantly correlated with bone mineral density,P>005.2.According to the cluster analysis of TCM syndroms,senile women osteoporosis could be clustered into four TCM syndroms,which were 141 cases of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,114 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,79 cases of kidney essense deficiency syndrome.Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome in 66 cases.3.400 patients were divided into four groups according to TCM syndrome types.BMI,triglyceride and total cholesterol of the four groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the more meaningful results between groups are:The overall mean BMI of each group from high to low was spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group,kidney deficiency and blood stasis group,kidney essense deficiency group and liver and kidney yin deficiency group,pairwise comparison among all groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of people with BMI≥24 Kg/m~2in the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was higher than that in the other three groups,and the number of people with a BMI<18.5Kg/m~2in the liver and kidney yin deficiency group was higher than that in the other three groups,P<0.05.The triglycerides in spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group were higher than those in liver and kidney yin deficiency group and kidney essense deficiency syndrome group,and The total cholesterol of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was higher than that of kidney deficiency and blood stasis group and kidney essense deficiency syndrome group,P<0.05.4.Comparison of lumbar vertebra density and femoral proximal bone density index among the 4 groups showed statistically significant differences,P<0.05.The overall mean value of umbar vertebrae bone density and proximal femur bone density in spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was lower than that in kidney deficiency and blood stasis group,P<0.05.The overall mean value of proximal femur bone density in Liver and kidney yin deficiency group was lower than that in kidney deficiency and blood stasis group,P<0.05.Conclusions:1.Senile women osteoporosis in Fujian area can be divided into four syndrome types,namely spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney essense deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,among which spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome is the most common.2.The triglyceride,total cholesterol,BMI in senile women osteoporosis patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type is higher than the other three types,and mainly overweight or obese people,indicating a higher incidence of abnormal lipid metabolism.3.The bone mineral density of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type is lower than that of other syndrome types,indicating that the risk of brittle fracture of senile osteoporosis patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type is greater.4.Bone mineral density was negatively correlated with triglyceride and total cholesterol,but was positively correlated with High density lipoprotein and had no significant correlation with BMI and Low density lipoprotein,which further indicated that the bone mineral density of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type is obviously low,which may be related to the high lipid metabolism index.
