Study On Characteristics And Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Elements Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this project uses the dialectic method of typhoid to analyze the distribution of TCM syndrome elements in chronic hepatitis B(CHB)complicated with metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)and the difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome elements in different sexes,and analyze the distribution law of CHB TCM syndrome elements and the difference in the distribution of MAFLD combined with CHB.To discuss its clinical significance and provide ideas and references for the treatment of the disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this project,206 CHB patients were included and divided into CHB group and CHB combined MAFLD group,with 103 people in each group.The patient’s general information and four diagnosis information were collected,the pixel score was calculated using the dialectic method,and the SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The distribution law of CHB combined with MAFLD TCM syndrome elements was clarified,the distribution of CHB TCM syndrome elements was clarified,the differences in the distribution of CHB and CHB combined with MAFLD were compared,and the distribution differences of TCM syndrome elements in different sexes in CHB combined with MAFLD were compared.Result:1.There was no significant difference in gender and age distribution between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were more males and fewer females in both groups,including 80 males and 23 females in the CHB combined MAFLD group;68 males and 35 females in the CHB group;the age distribution of both groups was dominated by young and middle-aged people,of which 52 were young in the CHB combined MAFLD group,46 were middle-aged and 5 were elderly,56 were young in the CHB group,42 were middle-aged and 5 were elderly.2.CHB combined with MAFLD group of disease position factors were sorted by frequency as spleen,liver,stomach,kidney,gallbladder,small intestine,and less abdomen,and the pathogenic factors were sorted by frequency as wet,phlegm,qi stagnation,heat,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,stasis,yin deficiency,and yang floating.3.CHB disease certificates are sorted by frequency as liver,spleen,gallbladder,stomach,and kidney,and disease factors are ordered by frequency as moisture,qi stagnation,qi deficiency,phlegm,heat,yang deficiency,stasis and yin deficiency.4.Compared with the CHB group,CHB combined with MAFLD group had statistically significant differences in spleen,liver,gallbladder,stomach,sputum,humidity,and heat(P<0.05),CHB combined with MAFLD group had higher frequency of spleen,sputum and wetness than CHB group,and the distribution level of stomach and disease fever was higher than that of CHB group.The CHB group had a higher frequency of disease factors hepatic,gallbladder and pathogenic factors Qi deficiency than in the CHB combined with MAFLD group.5.There was a statistically significant difference in the sex of CHB combined with MAFLD(P<0.05),among which the distribution of wet and sputum in men was higher than that in women.Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency,and yang deficiency are higher in female distribution than in men.Conclusion:1.The most common factors in CHB combined with MAFLD are: liver,spleen,and stomach.The most common pathogenic factors are: dampness,phlegm,Qi stagnation,and heat,and the treatment is mainly to relieve liver and qi,strengthen the spleen and dissolve dampness,and clear stomach heat.2.The most common syndrome elements of the disease location of CHB are liver,spleen and gallbladder;The most common pathogenic syndrome elements of the disease are:dampness,qi stagnation,and qi deficiency.The treatment is mainly to dredge the liver,promote the gallbladder,and strengthen the spleen to dissipate dampness.3.CHB combined with MAFLD Compared with CHB,CHB combined with MAFLD group has higher frequency of spleen and sputum and wetness in the CHB group,and the distribution level of gastric and pathogenic fever is higher than that of CHB group.In the treatment,CHB combined with MAFLD should strengthen the spleen and relieve moisture and clear stomach fever than CHB.4.The distribution of TCM syndrome elements such as dampness and phlegm in male patients with CHB and MAFLD is higher than that in female patients;In treatment,men should remove dampness and phlegm,and women should promote qi and relieve depression and warmed and yang.
