| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huqian pills on paravertebral atrophy after cervical spondylotic myelopathy through anterior cervical approach(syndrome differentiation of TCM is syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney),in order to further promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients and provide theoretical basis for shortening the rehabilitation time of patients after cervical spine surgery. Methods: A total of 60 patients who underwent anterior cervical decompression and internal fixation for cervical spondylotic myelopathy in the Spinal Surgery Department of Fuzhou Second Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected, and diagnosed with cervical and shoulder discomfort(TCM syndrome differentiation was liver and kidney deficiency type)during postoperative follow-up,and volunteered to participate in this subject study and signed informed consent. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method. After operation, both groups were given functional exercise + routine fluid replenishment, pain relief, phlegm reduction and other treatments. The experimental group was given tiger Qianwan orally under basic treatment. The patients were followed up before,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.NRS score,NDI score before and after treatment, efficacy evaluation 1 month after treatment and cervical hemispinal muscle area measured by cervical MRI before and 1 month after surgery were collected and recorded in both groups.Results:1.The baseline general information(age, gender, operation duration)of the two groups was level, with no statistical significance(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference in NRS score,NDI index and axial symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).2.The cervical NRS scores of both groups decreased at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and gradually decreased with time, with statistical differences at different time points(Rho <0.05).The NRS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 4 weeks after treatment(P <0.05).3.The NDI index of the two groups at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P <0.05)decreased gradually with time, and the scores were statistically different from those of the group(Inner Mongolia <0.05).The NDI index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 4 weeks after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Lower cervical hemimiginous muscle area of both groups at 4 weeks time nodes before and after treatment(P <0.01),and the difference of the Rho scores after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.4%,and that of the control group was85.1%,P=0.016(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. The efficacy evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after treatment. Conclusions: Hu Qian Wan combined with conventional treatment and conventional treatment can improve postoperative pain discomfort and cervical spine dysfunction in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy. However, the treatment effect of Tiger Loon pill group is better, which is conducive to relieving the process of paraverteinal atrophy of patients, accelerating the recovery of cervical vertebra function of patients, effectively improving the quality of life of patients and evaluation of efficacy. |
