Mechanism Of Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder Regulates Gastrointestinal Function Based On Molecular Network

Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder is a commonly used medicine for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.It is of great significance to deeply explore the key active ingredients of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder and its mechanism of regulating gastrointestinal function.In this study,the effects of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder on gastrointestinal function were analyzed by means of bioinformatics,computer-aided screening and network pharmacology.By studying the main active substances of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder on gastrointestinal function and their regulatory effects on the molecular network,a complete complex-target action network was constructed,and the main action compounds and their mechanism pathways and characteristics were clarified.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.Study on the main active ingredients of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.Through literature mining,the active ingredients of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder that have been identified in current research were analyzed,and a complete and applicable pharmacodynamic molecular database was constructed combined with relevant traditional Chinese medicine databases.Based on the obtained data of active ingredients,the potential targets of effective compounds of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder were predicted and screened,and 138 active ingredients and 745 related components targets were obtained.Molecular network study of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.By screening gastrointestinal disease targets,database analysis was used to summarize the genes related to human intestinal mucosa and intestinal flora.By comparing the corresponding targets of the active components of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder,605 kinds of related potential targets were obtained.The core components of Huoxang-Zhengqi powder in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases were luteolin,apigenin,quercetin,liquiritigenin and β-sitosterol.The interaction between gene targets and proteins was explored to identify the core targets such as SRC,TP53,HSP90AA1,MAPK1,MAPK3,AKT1 and STAT3.GO and KEGG analysis showed that the pathways involved in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases included neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,calcium signaling pathway,c AMP signaling pathway,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,blood lipids and atherosclerosis.Docking verification of the active components of Huoxiang Zhengqi powder and the targets of gastrointestinal diseases.According to the constructed compact-target network,the main relevant effective compounds and disease target proteins in the traditional Chinese medicine compound were obtained.The binding of luteolin,apigenin,quercetin,liquiritigenin and β-sitosterol to the related target proteins TP53,SI,EDNRB and FLNA were analyzed.Finally,it was confirmed that the main medicinal components of Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder had good binding activity with the targets of gastrointestinal diseases,which provided a scientific basis for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
