According to the population of China in 2019 released by the United Nations Data Statistics Center, there will be 253.88 million people over 60.It is estimated that the elderly population in China will increase to about 400,000 by 2050.The aging problem in China cannot be reversed in a short time, but may even become a highly aging country. It is crucial to promote healthy aging and improve the health level of the elderly. In this study, literature data, mathematical statistics and experimental methods used the effects of functional training on visual spatial function, balance ability and lower limb muscle strength in the elderly with MCI.39 MCI participants aged 65-75 years for 3 months. Both the experimental and control groups conducted dietary intervention and health presentation, while the experimental group conducted functional training for 3 months,3 times a week. Two groups of elderly with MCI were tested at baseline,3rd month of intervention and 3 months after the end of intervention. The tests were visual spatial function, balance ability and muscle strength. The visual space function is processed by statistical analysis of the data after testing. Results: 1.Women without exercise intervention The elderly had a faster decline in cognitive function, balance ability and muscle strength than the men;2.After 3 months of functional training,it can effectively improve the muscle working ability and explosive power of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment(P <0.05);3.3 months of functional training effectively improved the static and dynamic balance ability of old people with mild cognitive impairment(P <0.05),The dynamic and static balance of the control group showed a downward trend in 6 months;4.After 3 months of functional training,At the 3rd months after the end of the exercise intervention,The visual spatial function of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.Male physical function of mild cognitive impairment is better than women before and after functional training intervention;2.Functional training can effectively improve the lower limb muscle strength and balance ability of the people with mild cognitive impairment;3.Functional training can effectively improve the visual spatial function of the people with mild cognitive impairment;4.Lower limb muscle strength and balance ability have a significant effect on the visual spatial executive function of the people with mild cognitive impairment.
